Daniela and Tito welcomed us, as if we had met from before, they were very attentive to us. The cottage has everything you need to spend comfortable in coyahique, we felt very welcoming, the place is very special, surrounded by nature to rest and disconnect, they touched us two days of rain that we love. We will certainly return.. 💯 recommended. Our children enjoyed the surroundings every day with games, always accompanied by Nalca, the most affectionate dog we have shared with on this trip, there are also two more puppies that are very well behaved and that we will miss them!!!

Marco and his family are very friendly and helpful. We immediately felt at home. Our cottage (No. 5) had 1 room with one double bed and 1 room with three beds, so the four of us had enough space. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and if something is missing, Marco is happy to help out. Especially nice was the evening together with guests from all over the world, to which Marco and his family invited. It was a wonderful evening. You can feel that Marco and his family lead their Refugio with a lot of love and dedication. Excellent stay, totally recommended either to rest and disconnect for several days or spend a night near Balmaceda for a flight the next day. The cabin was equipped with everything you need. Communication with Joel was always efficient.

Paola’s cabaña was a dream stay! We are travelling the Carretera Austral in a camper but needed a few days break from the car to rest and relax and this was the perfect place! We loved soaking in the tinaja and gazing at the stars, cooking some nice meals in the big and well equipped kitchen, and staying toasty with the fireplace - oh and the bed was super comfy! Paola was the loveliest host, it felt like we had known her forever. Highly highly recommend!

We didn't want to leave! This place is so peaceful, beautiful and right on the river. The home was super clean, the beds were so comfy and cozy and the kitchen was well stocked! I was even able to bake a birthday cake for my daughter and cook dinner nightly. The bedrooms were a warm and cozy retreat to relax after a day of adventuring in Patagonia. The location of this home is amazing! We had our morning coffee on the deck overlooking Rio Maniguales, took the kayaks Camila provided across the river to hike and explore during the day and then had an outdoor fire to cook s'mores each night. This place is very special and Camila took great care of us! She found us a local fishing guide, had bikes and kayaks to use for free and she even made us treats for my daughters birthday! I loved the quiet seclusion, nature and fishing. My kiddos (ages 9, 12 and 14) loved the kayaking, playing with Camila's doggies and the outdoor fireplace. I highly recommend special this place! We will be back!

The cabin is very nice, clean and tidy, it has everything you need to have a good time, the heating is excellent, they had firewood and everything you need to light it. 100% recommended

We loved our stay at Rodrigo's cabaña! It is so cozy and located in the green with great views on the surrounding nature. It is close to the small street, so you hear cars trespassing and dogs barking, but that didn't bother us. The cabaña is perfectly equipped. We enjoyed cooking and heating with the oven. If the weather would have been better, we would probably have used the grill outside aswell. If you like, you can also rent a hot tub. I would definitely recommend to book this cabaña!

Wonderful cabin! Everything was impeccable and clean, located in a beautiful setting with priceless views of Lake Pollux and direct access to it. Close to downtown Coyhaique but far enough to disconnect (35-40 min) and get to know the surrounding cities and towns. The road is unpaved but totally passable and friendly, we arrived in a 4x2 vehicle. Its owners are a delight, they waited for us even though we were late and they accompanied us to the place, giving us the instructions very kindly, and were always very attentive to how we were doing. The cabin is really nice, comfortable and cozy, it exceeded our expectations, we recommend it 100%.

Everything was very good, comfortable bed, good shower, very complete kitchen, great communication with Romina and her mother. The only observation I make is about the heating: the cabin is too large for a single wood heater. Even keeping the doors of 2 bedrooms and bathroom closed, the heater is not enough to heat the third bedroom. Although the bed is very comfortable due to the quantity and quality of the blankets, when you get out of bed the room is very cold.

Ideal for resting and enjoying a good barbecue on the terrace, with a wonderful view, the cabin is very comfortable with everything you need. Nicolas was attentive to communicate to help us get there and very concerned about anything we needed, we hope to return again.

The place is beautiful and has everything you need to be comfortable. The views are magnificent and the environment is very peaceful. The only thing that makes it difficult to access is that it doesn't pass locomotion nearby, if you don't have a car you can't get out of the sector. But, the stay was definitely pleasant.

A beautiful and quiet place, special to regain strength. Marla and her family are very welcoming, and made us feel right at home. 100% recommended. If we ever come back, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay above and beyond. The place and surroundings were magical. We felt very well received by the host, who brought us ripe tomatoes from the garden, and by her sweet dog, Chester. We would clearly choose this and recommend it to those looking to experience the beautiful nature of Coyhaique.

An amazing location with a great view on the lake. A perfect Airbnb, very modern with a great kitchen. Totally recommend!

We enjoyed a couple of nights in Puerto Cisnes here. The wood stove kept the unit nice and warm. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, the wifi was good, and the kitchen was well equipped.

Great communication with host. Quiet and pretty setting but close to town and able to walk everywhere. America was friendly and helpful (next door). Clean, comfortable and cozy place! Great value! Thank you!
