The Stone Cabin

HeatherRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved spending the weekend in the Stone Cabin! We spent most of our time by the river or in the hot tub. The scenery was beautiful and town was close enough to grab a meal or listen to live music. Plenty of off roading opportunities nearby too.

Cabin~River~Wilderness at the old Science Camp (1)

LaurieRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Our experience at the secret Science Camp was a mix of curiosity to learn more about the camp history, awe of the magnificence of nature (river, mountains, forest), and pure joy to be able to explore, relax, and unplug. Breanne & Tom made us feel welcomed and at home in the Ash cabin, which lacks nothing you could possibly have forgotten. The cabin was cool despite the very warm weather and spotless for a rustic cabin. This cabin is ideal for a hermitage, artist or writer’s retreat or an escape from reality. We enjoyed visiting with the doggo and touring the camp with Tom. Our dog was in heaven. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to unplug and escape the day to day grind. Definitely worth the price for this unique stay!

Little Sis'....a sweet retreat (town minutes away)

DavidRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Quaint wooden cabin, very well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the space. Hostess was very helpful. Doesn't have wi-fi or TV, which is nice to be able to enjoy the space and nature. Does have cell coverage. It is a few miles out of Pagosa Springs and in a neighborhood with dirt/gravel roads. Overall this was a great little place, would stay here again.

Mossy Lane Getaway

DaisyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My friends and I had the best stay at Sarah’s cabin. There were plenty of comfortable beds, the view was so beautiful and serene, the fire pit on the porch was perfect. We ended up spending the majority of time on the porch, both in the evenings and in the mornings, but the cabin itself is adorable and cozy! Would absolutely stay again!

Blue Barn Farmhouse

PaulinaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
If you're going to Great Dunes National Park, this place is a great accommodation option. It's in the middle of the countryside, and the house is very nice and well-equipped. It has a beautiful garden, games like croquet, and a hot tub. The three bedrooms are spacious. The only thing not perfect is that it only has one bathroom.

Creede Riverside Retreat : a waterfront home

JessicaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The house was very homey and welcoming as soon as we walked in. It was stocked with just about anything one could need, especially in the kitchen. Everything was super clean and smelled clean without being overwhelming. We enjoyed our time there listening to the river and watching the local wildlife. Without a doubt we will stay here again on our next trip to Creede!

Unique getaway home

NicoleRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This exceptionally beautiful home is one of the most special Airbnbs I've stayed at over many years of travel. It's hidden away in the Colorado mountains, miles from the nearest town and within sight of only one other home. Your only neighbors are the chipmunks scampering up to steal birdseed and hummingbird nectar. It's hard to overstate how lovely the views are, reaching clear out to a mountain range hours away. Brilliant red sunrises took my breath away. The house itself, with its walls of windows, circular layout, and funky spaces, was a highlight as well. It is tremendously airy and bright, as well as immaculate. Inside and out, the wall art, furniture, and objets d'art were fascinating - in fact, I went around and took pictures before we left. Hints: - Get activity ideas from local magazines and the friendly, helpful host - Buy groceries and gas in Del Norte; don't count on dining out - No microwave = no frozen dinners - The Colorado Grille & Tap House in Del Norte is terrible
