We are just 100 meters from Iriry Lagoon, 150 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the famous Costa Azul Beach, providing easy access to nature and the beauty of the region. You will have restaurants, bakeries, snack bars, bars, ice cream parlors all around and the traditional fair that is located on the street of the building. The building has a 24-hour entrance.
