Beautiful House with swimming pool in Rio das Ostras, Bairro Mar do Norte, Condominio Sol Maior - in front of the beach - Rua Baixa do Sapateiro 305. 24-hour security. Condominium with lots of trees and birds. Children play on the street without any worries. Mar do Norte Beach is beautiful. Good for swimming, with many coves surrounded by rocks that form pools with calm waters. The beach has many attractions: kiosks, volleyball, soccer. You can visit Búzios (60 min), Arraial do Cabo, Cabo Frio.

Even in winter, it offers a program of shows and activities sponsored by Sesc and the City Hall. It has a space adapted for people with mobility issues on the ground floor, with a living room with a TV to watch the World Cup games. Backyard barbecue with table and comfortable chairs on the balcony. Two cats live in the house!
