Requires a medical certificate, original ID, 3x4 photo, and prior registration with the ADM during business hours or Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The condominium is very pleasant for children. Next to Shopping Plaza Rio das Ostras, in front of Atacadão. Restaurants and other nearby services.
