We are just 100 meters from Iriry Lagoon, 150 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the famous Costa Azul Beach, providing easy access to nature and the beauty of the region. Snooker and card/game table on the 3rd floor. Purified water!

Beautiful House with swimming pool in Rio das Ostras, Bairro Mar do Norte, Condominio Sol Maior - in front of the beach - Rua Baixa do Sapateiro 305. 24-hour security. Condominium with lots of trees and birds. Children play on the street without any worries. Mar do Norte Beach is beautiful. Good for swimming, with many coves surrounded by rocks that form pools with calm waters. The beach has many attractions: kiosks, volleyball, soccer. You can visit Búzios (60 min), Arraial do Cabo, Cabo Frio.

Esta acomodação elegante e perfeita para viagens até 10 pessoas confortavelmente. São 2 suítes sendo uma com closet e banheira, ar condicionado, sala de estar, 1 quarto ( não é suite),sala de jantar para 8 pessoas, cozinha, banheiro social, área de serviço com lavadora, área gourmet com churrasqueira e forno à lenha, chuveiro externo, 4 banheiros, garagem para 4 carros. Poucos metros da praia, próximo à vários pontos turísticos.Emissário, Praça da Baleia entre outros.
