Monthly Rentals in Río Arenal

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful location. It was full of lovely animals and I loved hearing them all throughout the day. The place was immaculately clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a good 15-20 min from most of the restaurants. Leonardo was very helpful and responsive any time I had a question. I was kinda sad we didn’t get to see a sloth, but Leonardo did reach out to me when he saw one on the property but unfortunately I saw the message too late. Would definitely stay here again!

A small but charming apartment – very clean and perfectly located in a lively area with lots of great restaurants nearby. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the bed, which might be a bit small for taller people. Other than that, a lovely place that we’d happily recommend!

It's a wonderful place, and you get a beautiful view of the volcano if you're lucky! Erik was quick to respond, and also got my laundry done. Clean place, well located, quite spacious too. Market was just around the corner. I will highly highly recommend this place to anyone coming to La Fortuna!!

A beautiful garden with numerous animals. It is a must to sit outside until dark. Great place with flair. We felt very comfortable.
