This huge, family-friendly, two bedroom apartment boasts sea views and is only 100m away from the beach. This apartment is SUPER child friendly; Duplo, toys, books, jigsaws, DVDs and a Smart TV will all be available for their use. Highchair and travel can be booked prior to arrival. Bedroom 1: one double bed and space for one baby travel cot. Bedroom 2: twin single beds (A travel cot can be put up in either room if you are travelling with a baby. ) Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electic oven, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer, Delonghi Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Lounge/Diner with TV and DVD player. Family Bathroom: Dual power shower, bath with shower head. Heated towel rail. WC (with additional toddler-seat if needed) and wash-hand basin. Free High-Speed Wifi, DVDs, Netflix and Smart TV available. Location: You'll never need to get in your car!!! We are situated above SSL shop ( our children's clothing store (Simply So Lovely) which is mainly operated online- opening hours are 8:45am-11:45am 5 days per week), next door to the Southend Car Park, Hunstanton; Stay SSL is opposite Oasis fitness centre (soft play, rollerskate park, gym, swimming pool with slides, squash courts and fitness classes.) Hunstanton Town with beach & fairground a 5 min drive. Norfolk Lavender field, Tesco Express has a cash machine. Burnham Market, Titchwell for birdwatching short ride around the coast.

Such a beautiful location with absolutely stunning views. The hosts were so welcoming and the annex was spacious with lovely artwork painted by Laurence, one of the hosts. We would recommend this for any solo or couple travellers who want a stay near the coast. (And plenty of space for dogs)

We had a perfect break at the cottage. It everything we could possibly need, down to a flask to take to the beach! The place was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed some great walks from the village and enjoyed refreshments at the local pub. It was a great base to explore the Norfolk coast with Hunstanton just down the road and beautiful Holcombe a short drive away. I would highly recommend Jo's cottage, really nice and peaceful.

We have had the most wonderful 3 days in Sarah's beautiful cottage. It is everything you could ask for and more, beautifully furnished, comfortable, peaceful and equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. The furniture, the bed linen and the amenities are all first class. We particularly loved sleeping in the very comfortable king size bed and waking up every morning to the sun shining on us and the view over the fields. The patio doors open right up onto the peaceful garden and we really appreciated the garden furniture and the table and chairs where we had breakfast every day. The cottage is in a great location, close to the beaches and all the lovely places to eat. It was a joy to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary in such a special place.
