Beach house vacation rentals in Rincon Point

This beach cottage was the perfect getaway for Valentine’s Day weekend. It was very cozy with a beautiful deck where you could enjoy the beach all day long. You can access the beach easily and the Rosewood hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again. It’s the upper unit of a house so you do share a hallway entrance with downstairs guests and the entrance is right by the bedroom. Apart from that everything was very nice!

Great place in a nice little neighborhood pocket that is still walkable to shops/beach. Hosts were responsive and accommodating to our needs with a baby. Would definitely recommend this listing and hope to stay again.

The views were stunning, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Everything we needed was provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens. Communication with the host was seamless and welcoming. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer escape, this place is the perfect coastal retreat. We’re already planning our next stay!

The Boatel was such a fun place to celebrate our 37th anniversary. The Greek at the Harbor was right near it and many yummy restaurants! Thank you for a great time.

A piece of heaven on earth! Regina’s home is perfectly located, offering stunning views from every window and beautifully modern decor. The linens and furniture are of high quality and extremely comfortable. It's evident that Regina curated each space with care and thoughtfulness. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. Regina’s place is meticulously maintained, both inside and out. We loved exploring the grounds—there's beauty in every direction. Regina is a professional and gracious host; we felt at home instantly. She was very responsive, and her advice and recommendations were spot on. Regina’s home is truly special. My family and I can’t wait to return. If you're seeking a tranquil getaway, I highly recommend Regina’s place, The Horizon House.

This house is beautiful, clean and is full of amenities. The view is stunning and the gardens are amazing. Only note is the walkway isn’t good for suitcases so be prepared to carry them and not roll them to the front door. Lots of space and privacy.

We loved staying here. A perfect location for easy access to the beach and the Ventura area. Don’t let the location near Von’s grocery store and Starbucks concern you – it’s amazingly quiet and peaceful considering the location. That also meant it’s incredibly convenient to pop around the corner to pick up supplies :) The house itself was immaculate and calmly decorated, while the kitchen had great supplies, including nice pots and pans. Across the street, we liked the cafe and the Thai restaurant (we also loved the original Rice Mama Thai downtown). Sarah was also very responsive. We hope to stay here again!

Connie is the best host I’ve ever had! Her property was paradise, the house felt like a complete getaway even though it was just 1 1/2 hrs from LA. We got to go whale watching in Santa Barba and come back to the property to lounge by the beautiful heated pool surrounded by fruit trees and a beautiful fragrant flower garden. Connie was super responsive and accommodating, everything in the house worked well and the space was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

You can tell this was created by someone who truly understands wellness and connection. Garfield (the sweetest resident cat) completely stole our hearts and made our trip even more memorable. Robert was the ultimate host — warm, responsive, and so gracious. We left feeling grateful to have experienced this little slice of Malibu magic. Our family of 5 had a perfect week here. The location is perfect for beach days or to jump on the 101 and head into SB or up the 154.

Great location! Beach was only a few minutes walk. Neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet, with exception of the daily national anthem coming from the nearby naval base. The house is stocking with everything you would need to make big family meals and anything you might want for beach play. Our grown kids LOVED the ping pong table in the garage!

House is cute and homey. Described and pictured as listed. Great location to the beach. Sarah called beforehand to let me know all the details. There was a very nice welcome basket full of snacks. The house had lots of things to do including games, cookware, bikes, and beach equipment. Overall, had a great stay!

Our 2nd stay here, and we still loved it so much. Quiet but close to everything, so many thoughtful touches (hampers in every bedroom, for example!) and perfect for our family of 4. Kelly was very responsive and friendly. Comfortable beds. Love this place, highly recommend!
