We had a great time in the accommodation: we really appreciated the cleanliness, brightness and spaciousness of the spaces, as well as the extreme comfort of this house for a family like us with a very small child and relative stroller (easy to reach, with elevator, total absence of steps...). Excellent communication with the host, always responsive and available for both check-in and check-out. I would only suggest providing guests with some basic food items such as a bottle of water, oil, coffee, even just a few shampoo samples. It sounds silly, but it can really make a difference when you first arrive. With children, in fact, you are not always able to eat out and having traveled by train we did not bring supplies. Since the house was completely devoid of this kind of thing, despite the fact that there are supermarkets nearby, we found ourselves a little in difficulty during these days of Easter closures.

We felt very comfortable right away and the small but nice studio apartment offers everything you need for a stay of several days! It felt like a hotel with a kitchen. From the balcony you had a view of the sea, which is only a few minutes' walk away. We would definitely visit again!!

Well equipped apartment ( missed only a water boiler). Good light inside. Very nice view from the balcony, great for two to sit. Like sitting on the roof of Rimini. Well functioning internet. Good space. Rimini is much more than the beach, great restaurants, local residents around, culture.

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond if there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is very close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants probably conquered the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

Tommaso is a very welcoming and helpful person. He recommended a great place to dine with stunning views. We had a great time, a lovely, well-kept apartment, right in the heart of the historic center. A place of peace and nature around, where you can relax from the daily routine. We had a wonderful time at Roberta‘s flat! It is nicely furnished, very clean and we slept very well on the mattrasses and with the air conditioning. Roberta is the most welcoming and warm-hearted person and she was always there for us when we needed something. The communication with her was spotless. The location of the flat could’t have been better. The flat is based in a very quiet and nice area of Rimini and still it took us only 5 minutes to get to the beach which was perfect and also just 3 minutes to many nice restaurants and bars. There is also a supermarket just at the corner and in 1 minute you can reach - as we believe - the most authentic Italian bar in Rimini directly at the canal. Grab a coffee in the morning with a „cornetto con crema“ and just enjoy the bustling Italian atmosphere. If you rent bikes - like we did - you can reach the beautiful old town of Rimini in 7 minutes from the flat. We can highly recommend Roberta‘s flat and we definitely want to come again!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return!
