The beach is just across the road, it's simply not too convenient, there is a lot of common space, the room arrangement is reasonable and comfortable, and it's worth coming back!

We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was as described. Top equipped and clean. At check-in, we were welcomed in a very friendly manner. We got helpful tips regarding sights and restaurants. Just great! We will be happy to come back!

Great experience, starting with the communication that was clear and with quick feedback. Antonella was very helpful and flexible in the face of our travel uncertainties. Kindness and friendliness made the experience pleasant, the room and bathroom match the description and were very clean. And the breakfast with homemade cakes is great! On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Ive been travelling to Italia for about 2 months. All the way from the top to the bottom. And ive been staying at many accommodations through this app. And this house (hotel) run by Filippo in Longiano was the best. The location is exceptional and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast comes with the stay at the lounge is beyond the line of typical Airbn stay. It's a hotel quality

Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!

Apartment a few kilometers from Urbino. Well-maintained and welcoming clean environment, feels like home . We didn't meet Daniele in person, but we were always available. It's a beautiful place, everything matches the photos and description and Massimo is a wonderful person! Very good and very pleasant breakfast, and the location is great because in two minutes on foot you get to the center of the village where there are great bars and restaurants! Very tasteful house and appartment. Very kind host. Suggestion is to provide more local tips for sightseeing and eating. Carlina was great. Also you could add two comfi chairs inside the appt. so guests can sit and read.

The house and room are perfect, there's nothing out of place, starting with the garden. Very pampering and relaxing, I think it's one of the few B&Bs I've been completely satisfied with. Sergio and Annamaria pampered us from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was also perfect, there was everything and the service was always excellent. Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

Super nice and clean B&B! Nadia and the staff were always very friendly and open to questions. Very tasty and balanced breakfast. If something was empty on the buffet, it was immediately refilled and made more sandwiches on request. The place was as described, very clean, and was also cleaned every day. We really enjoyed the 5 days at Villa Lauda and will be happy to come back!

Super breakfast, fresh products, sweet and savory, prepared by Carmen. Quiet and peaceful area, but strategically located for visiting the attractions of the area, such as Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro and Urbino. I definitely recommend this property run by people who care about guests.

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Lovely place Abracadabra and Angela is a lovely host. In the middle of farmland this small Oase. Lovely decorated, nice rooms, good beds, great garden with a big pool. We loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone!

The house was a rare find and better than expected! Giovanna made me feel at home from the moment we spoke on messages! She made the best breakfast for me everyday i was there and kept tidying up my room all the time! The only regret i have is that i didnt spend more time with Giovanna at that gorgeous villa! If i ever get the chance to go again i will not leave from that estate!!!

What a fantastic Airbnb! I think it was our best experience ever. Eleanora and Lorenzo were so friendly and welcoming. They were also very generous with supplies of tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, etc., which is always nice. The apartment was so beautiful, brand new, harmoniously furnished, fully equipped, everything you needed and extras such as Alexa and Netflix. The surroundings were also beautiful with a lovely space to sit outside and take in the view and the peace and quiet. We loved it so much and wished we could have stayed longer. Do not hesitate to book - it is such a treat and you will have no regrets.
