Small two-room apartment on the ground floor in the border area between Viserba and Viserbella. Intimate and welcoming environment, 60 meters from the beach, 6 km from the historic center of Rimini and a 10-minute drive from Rimini Fiera. There is a WiFi connection, cooking utensils, a washing machine, air conditioning, towels and sheets, two TVs and finally two bikes that are included in the price of the stay. All views are on the condominium's private property for the benefit of greater privacy.

The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

It is in front of the beautiful and effervescent beach of Riccione, and it is composed of two bright bedrooms: one has a standard double-size bed, while the second has a French bed size. The bathroom has a very big shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is perfect to chill out and to make conversations. Last but not least, there is a liveable and sea-view balcony!
