Good afternoon! We were in a car, so parking in the courtyard of the house seemed very convenient. There was no need to look for a parking space and worry about the car. Upon arrival, we were met by the host of the house, took us to the house, showed us everything and told us everything. He was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean with a huge high bed, there was a private bathroom that belonged only to us. All plumbing was working properly, there was no inconvenience. There was also a separate small and very cozy dining room with a microwave and a micro fridge. We had dinner close to our stay in the town of San Giovanni in Marigno at Osteria Spacciodivino, highly recommend this restaurant! Unfortunately, we were only one day in this location and in this house, and we could not stay longer, but we were certainly very satisfied. Nina is a beautiful dog, and the cat brightened up our stay, we also admired the olive lard in the area of the house. Thank you!

Simple but clean accommodation, very friendly owners and nice breakfast. Beach in 5 mins walk, bus stop in 3 minutes. It can get noisy at night because of the surrounding bars. Andrea was very friendly and polite, let me leave my luggage after check-out.

Without any hesitation, we highly recommend Cipriano's place! Cipriano himself is a gem! He is kind, thoughtful, patient and very helpful. Communication was excellent with him! We could not have asked for a more welcoming host. We felt like we were part of his family and were touched by his consideration for us. Cipriano's home is lovely inside and out. Our room, "Calliope", was clean, roomy and had a wonderful ensuite bathroom complete with a claw-foot tub! The bed was comfortable and since the location is in more of a rural area, it was quiet and peaceful, making for a good night's sleep and lovely place to relax. The location was easy to find and makes a great base for day trips to San Leo, Rimini, Ravena and many other places. Cipriano provided a very good breakfast complete with homemade cakes and jams, fresh fruit and of course great coffee! We really enjoyed our stay with Cipriano and his lovely wife....they are both a treasure! We felt blessed to stay with them! We would definitely like to return one day!

Ive been travelling to Italia for about 2 months. All the way from the top to the bottom. And ive been staying at many accommodations through this app. And this house (hotel) run by Filippo in Longiano was the best. The location is exceptional and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast comes with the stay at the lounge is beyond the line of typical Airbn stay. It's a hotel quality

Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!

Beautiful stay, the location of the B&B is great, convenient to get around on foot, in 5 minutes you are on the beach and in 10 in the center. Giorgia is always available and kind

Very tasteful house and appartment. Very kind host. Suggestion is to provide more local tips for sightseeing and eating. Carlina was great. Also you could add two comfi chairs inside the appt. so guests can sit and read.

A modest room but complete with everything! Great value for money also for the good and wide breakfast buffet (there was even the pancake car and continental salty breakfast), a short walk from the sea :) very kind and friendly host!

Super nice and clean B&B! Nadia and the staff were always very friendly and open to questions. Very tasty and balanced breakfast. If something was empty on the buffet, it was immediately refilled and made more sandwiches on request. The place was as described, very clean, and was also cleaned every day. We really enjoyed the 5 days at Villa Lauda and will be happy to come back!

Annalisa's place is splendid. Care and attention are the distinctive elements. The room is beautiful, with a beautiful terrace available. Really nice and useful common spaces. Convenient location to visit Rimini, a stone's throw from the sea but also the old town is a pleasant walk. Thanks again to Annalisa for her hospitality!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at and we’ve stayed at a lot. For a start the house itself is beautiful - Tazio and Mara have great taste, every detail is beautiful from the art and furnishings to the thick soft white monogrammed towels. They are generous with their time and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is unlike anything we have ever experienced.. a huge selection of beautifully presented sweet and savory dishes as well as fresh pressed orange juice and obviously great Italian coffee. We felt completely spoilt and would love to come back some day. Thank you Tazio and Mara for a great stay!

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

How had a wonderful stay in villa. Maria and Tazio are the best hosts you can imagine. They lovingly take care of all the guests The house are beautiful and modernly furnished. Our room was very clean and we felt very much. The absolute highlight is the delicious breakfast in the morning. Probably the best breakfast we've ever had. If you want to disconnect from everything and immerse yourself in nature, this place is for you! Giacomo and Daniela are super hosts. They'll make you feel welcomed as a family. If you have children, they will enjoy seeing the various animals ( from the turtle to the donkey). Grabbing blackberries and figs and eating them under the tree is an experience that remains in the heart. Try to believe!

We stayed at Tazio and Mara from Wednesday, September 6th to Saturday at the beautiful & freshly renovated villa with four rooms right on the beach in Viserba. You can load and unload right in front of the villa; parking with barrier & video surveillance close by. Tazio and Mara are incredibly warm hosts! When we came back on the first night after a trip from Ravenna, you were already sitting with a few other guests over a small wine tasting, plus all kinds of typical treats and nice conversations - great!!! And the breakfast - also great. Lovingly prepared, from various sweet sweets to ham & cream cheese or melon, avocado & egg, etc., occupied white bread slices. Add omelette, juices, espresso & cappuccino .... In summary: three very nice days in Viserba with fantastic hosts - many thanks to Mara & Tazio!
