Bei Giovanna und Roberto zu sein, ist wie nach Hause zu kommen. Wir haben uns in den Ort, die Aussicht und die Liebenswürdigkeit von Giovanna und Roberto verliebt. Dieser Ort ist jetzt unser Kraftort in Italien, nichts anderes kann dieses Gefühl toppen. Beide sind sehr herzlich umsorgen dich wie Familie. Wir setzen alles daran nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. Danke für diese Zeit.

Добрый день! Мы были на машине, поэтому паркование во дворе дома показалось очень удобным. Не нужно было искать парковочное место и переживать за авто. По приезде нас встретил хозяин дома, проводил в дом, всё показал и рассказал. Был очень приветлив и отзывчив. Комната была чистой с огромный высокой кроватью, была отдельная ванная комната, которая принадлежала только нам. Вся сантехника была исправна, не было никаких неудобств. Также была отдельная небольшая и очень уютная столовая с микроволновой печью и микро-холодильником. Ужинали мы недалеко от нашего проживания в городке Сан-Джованни-ин-Мариньно в ресторане Osteria Spacciodivino, очень советуем этот ресторан! К сожалению, в этой локации и в этом доме мы были только один день, и не получилось погостить дольше, но мы, безусловно, остались очень довольны. Нина - прекрасная собачка, и кошечка скрасили наше пребываете, мы также любовались оливковым салом в ареале дома. Спасибо!

Simple but clean accommodation, very friendly owners and nice breakfast. Beach in 5 mins walk, bus stop in 3 minutes. It can get noisy at night because of the surrounding bars. Andrea was very friendly and polite, let me leave my luggage after check-out.

Without any hesitation, we highly recommend Cipriano's place! Cipriano himself is a gem! He is kind, thoughtful, patient and very helpful. Communication was excellent with him! We could not have asked for a more welcoming host. We felt like we were part of his family and were touched by his consideration for us. Cipriano's home is lovely inside and out. Our room, "Calliope", was clean, roomy and had a wonderful ensuite bathroom complete with a claw-foot tub! The bed was comfortable and since the location is in more of a rural area, it was quiet and peaceful, making for a good night's sleep and lovely place to relax. The location was easy to find and makes a great base for day trips to San Leo, Rimini, Ravena and many other places. Cipriano provided a very good breakfast complete with homemade cakes and jams, fresh fruit and of course great coffee! We really enjoyed our stay with Cipriano and his lovely wife....they are both a treasure! We felt blessed to stay with them! We would definitely like to return one day!

Ive been travelling to Italia for about 2 months. All the way from the top to the bottom. And ive been staying at many accommodations through this app. And this house (hotel) run by Filippo in Longiano was the best. The location is exceptional and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast comes with the stay at the lounge is beyond the line of typical Airbn stay. It's a hotel quality

Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!

Soggiorno bellissimo, l’ubicazione del B&b è fantastica comodo per spostarsi a piedi, in 5 minuti sei in spiaggia e in 10 in centro. Giorgia sempre disponibile e gentile

Very tasteful house and appartment. Very kind host. Suggestion is to provide more local tips for sightseeing and eating. Carlina was great. Also you could add two comfi chairs inside the appt. so guests can sit and read.

Una stanza modesta ma completa di tutto! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo anche per la buona e ampia colazione a buffet (addirittura c'erano la macchina dei pancakes e la colazione salata continentale), a pochi passi dal mare :) host gentilissimo e simpatico!

Super schönes und sauberes B&B! Nadia sowie das Personal waren immer sehr freundlich und standen für Fragen offen. Sehr leckeres und ausgewogenes Frühstück. Wenn etwas an dem Buffet leer war wurde es sofort aufgefüllt und auf Wunsch weitere Sandwiches gemacht. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und wurde zudem jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir haben die 5 Tage in der Villa Lauda sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Posto bellissimo, super rilassante e perfetta ospitalità fanno di questo luogo l'ideale per chi vuole staccare la spina per un po'. Non perdetevi il dolce della casa per colazione, super consigliato!

La struttura di Annalisa è splendida. La cura e l' attenzione sono gli elementi distintivi. La camera bellissima, con un bellissimo terrazzo a disposizione. Spazi comuni davvero belli ed utili. Posizione strategica per visitare Rimini, a due passi il mare ma anche il centro storico è una piacevole passeggiata. Ringrazio ancora Annalisa dell' ospitalità!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at and we’ve stayed at a lot. For a start the house itself is beautiful - Tazio and Mara have great taste, every detail is beautiful from the art and furnishings to the thick soft white monogrammed towels. They are generous with their time and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is unlike anything we have ever experienced.. a huge selection of beautifully presented sweet and savory dishes as well as fresh pressed orange juice and obviously great Italian coffee. We felt completely spoilt and would love to come back some day. Thank you Tazio and Mara for a great stay!

Wat een paradijsje! Echt een heel erg mooie, rustige plek om te vertoeven. Een zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt, prachtige schaduwplekjes met een leuk uitgekozen meubilair, frisse kamer (air-co) en een erg vriendelijke familie die ons heel hartelijk ontving en alles in het werk stelde om ons een geweldig verblijf te geven. Een echte aanrader!!

Wie hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Maria und Tazio sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Sie kümmern sich liebevoll um alle Gäste. Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern hergerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight ist das köstliche Frühstück am Morgen. Das wohl beste Frühstück, das wir je hatten. Tausend Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung. Wir würden immer wieder buchen. Hervorragend.

Se volete staccare da tutto ed immergervi in mezzo alla natura, questo posto fa per voi! Giacomo e Daniela sono super host. Vi faranno sentire accolti come in famiglia. Se avete dei bimbi si divertiranno a vedere gli svariati animaletti ( dalla tartaruga all’ asino). Cogliere more e fichi e mangiarli sotto l’albero è un’esperienza che resta nel cuore. Provare per credere!

Wir waren von Mittwoch, den 6. bis Samstag, den 9. September bei Tazio und Mara in der wunderschönen & frisch renovierten Villa mit vier Zimmern direkt am Strand in Viserba. Be- und entladen kann man direkt vor der Villa; Parkplatz mit Schranke & Videoüberwachung ganz in der Nähe. Tazio und Mara sind unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber! Als wir am ersten Abend nach einem Ausflug aus Ravenna zurück kamen, saßen Sie schon mit ein paar anderen Gästen bei einer kleinen Weinprobe, dazu gab's allerlei typische Leckereien und nette Gespräche - toll!!! Und das Frühstück - ebenfalls super. Liebevoll zubereitet, von diversen süßen Naschereien bis mit Schinken & Frischkäse bzw. Melone, Avocado & Ei etc. belegten Weißbrotscheiben. Dazu Omelette, Säfte, Espresso & Cappuccino .... Zusammengefasst: drei sehr schöne Tage in Viserba bei phantastischen Gastgebern - ganz herzlichen Dank an Mara & Tazio!
