Lovely apartment and lovely host!

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Such a great apartment and perfect for 6 nights. I really felt at home. Location was 10 mins walk to train station, 10 mins walk to supermarket. Great view over the canal and lovely to watch the local fisherman. I felt safe and secure and the apartment had everything i needed. Ombretta was just a gem. Somehow we managed perfectly well to communicate, her in Italian and me English. She even helped me call a taxi when i had to check out as the uber is not reliable, but within a minute, Ombretta was on the phone and arranged a taxi. Top top service. For sure I can recommend and will stay again.

A perfect stay in Rimini! We spent 5 nights in this beautiful home in Rimini and were really impressed! I left with my parents and my 5-month-old baby, and the accommodation turned out to be perfect for our needs. The apartment is in a great location, convenient for getting around the city, and being on the top floor it offers spectacular views of Rimini from above. A real spectacle both day and night! A big thank you to Mrs. Loretta, super helpful and always ready to provide help or advice. In addition, the house was perfectly equipped for my baby: we found everything we needed, from the high chair to the crib, to the plastic plates. A detail I really appreciated! I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a comfortable stay in Rimini. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time and couldn't ask for more. New and very clean apartment, perfect both in size and in furnishings. Central location near the sea but in a very quiet residential area. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

I'm having a great stay. Hosts have been helpful, including in emergencies. The apartment is very clean, with all the necessary things to live there for even a month. Bottles of water were waiting for us. It's a good idea to bring the basics like salt, pepper, tea, if you plan to cook something yourself in the kitchen. There was a lot of space on the balcony, and we could store bikes. Close to bakery, pharmacy, small grocery stores, Metromare station. Great pizzeria Da Vinci about 3 minutes on foot. The beach is about 5 minutes on foot with a long promenade connected to the bike path.

Chiara is a very nice, friendly and helpful hostess. The apartment was as described and even equipped with the basics such as pepper, salt, oil, soap, etc. and even coffee. I felt very comfortable

We booked for a fair event with colleagues and had a great time. The house is warm and cozy, nothing is missing! The stay experience was excellent, as was the hospitality and availability of the owner.

Franca's apartment is nice and well-maintained. Franca makes bikes available that we have used practically for any trip. In 15-20 minutes we went to the Overseas Park (all bikeable from the apartment to the park); in a few minutes you can reach the center. You can easily get around the beach on foot. We were welcomed by Roberto, Franca's husband, who was helpful and kind in giving us all the directions on what to do and where to eat. Last important note: there is internal parking.

Great host ,very helpful , fast communication, place is great just by beach with great views , very clean, an amazing surrounding , i would highly recommend the host and place , see you next time we are in Rimini, and thank you very much for everything

I would definitely recommend staying at Antonella’s place. The apartment and the surrounding area are beautiful and peaceful, and Antonella and her husband are excellent hosts.

We discovered this property and really appreciated it. Surrounded by greenery and well organized both in the accommodations and in the accommodation and restaurant area. Great breakfast !! The staff is really kind and professional. We will definitely be back
