The apartment hosted by Alex and Alberto is a great place to go on holidays. It has everything one could possibly need, all the utensils and necessary equipment. The area is vibrant - full of stores, restaurants and hotels with the beach just few steps away. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, we wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone and hope to visit Rimini back!!

Everything was perfect. The flat is ready for any kind of guests. Close to the center, close to the sea, right at the train station. The fact that we could park inside of the house yard was great. The appartment had everything we needed and we fit there perfectly as a family of 5. The kids loved the Disney channel and I loved the super soft blankets. Great stay!

We had a most wonderful time in Elena and Antonio's apartment. We have been personally greeted by them and they gave us an extensive list of tips for museums, cinemas and restaurants which turned out to be absolutely spot-on. Thanks to them we found our favourite fish restaurant, Il Pescato del Canevone, just round the corner. The apartment is a beautifully decorated, carefully curated space with a wonderful atmosphere - we felt really at home from the first minute. They managed to combine modern interior design with the historic building in the best way.  It was absolutely clean, there are very comfortable beds and they spoil you with free water, snacks, tea, coffee and sweets. Elena and Antonio are a very sweet couple. They are there to help you with anything and everything - thank you so much for being not just perfect, but very welcoming and supportive hosts.  We would love to come back. 

accommodation located in the center just steps from every need, check-in was instant and even early hours before by agreements without problems, the apartment was clean and tidy as described. we did not encounter any problems and for any need or doubt Giovanni was kind and helpful. Recommended

We had a great vacation in this apartment. The modern and functional decor, combined with impeccable cleanliness, made us feel right at home. The location is strategic: the sea is just a few steps away and restaurants, shops and everything you need are easily found. The owner was very welcoming and gave us great tips on places to visit. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for one night in this room. Nothing to say! Everything as described: clean, modern, equipped with all the necessary comforts and really great breakfast. We also really appreciated the location, close to all the main tourist destinations of the Romagna Riviera but just outside the chaos of the town center. In addition, the kindness and courtesy of Emanuele and his family is really a plus. Highly recommended!

Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

Clean and spacious space. Isolated, in a very quiet and beautiful place. We enjoyed our evenings behind the house, in the sun, with mountain views. The bedding is of good quality. A car is a must... Ander is very responsive and answered our questions quickly...

Modern and clean structure, located a few minutes away by foot from the sea, reachable by a nice cycle - pedestrian track. Great as a base for touring Gabicce and its surroundings. The property is arranged on two levels and offers a nice outdoor patio where you can eat and relax. We were simply amazed by the stay with Lorena. The apartment is nestled in the Marche hills, with a view that reassures the soul and regains contact with nature. Waking up in the morning and having breakfast while watching the dark blue and green horizon is corroborating! The interior is well cared for, well-designed, with a very personal style. Caring for detail and love for reading, everything resonates with serenity and tranquility. It's great to live there. The dominant note here is the silence and with him the peace, the pleasure of forgetting the time that flows, the song of birds and the joyful impulse of Caesar (the dog of Lorraine). As for Lorena, she was an impeccable host. Respectful, kind, helpful, always ready to offer assistance. We couldn't ask for more! If you want to spend a few days in the Marche, I definitely recommend staying with her: you will not be disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about how much we enjoyed staying at Nanni's apartment! It overlooks an adorable piazza, but with the thick walls, we couldn't hear a thing from below. Nanni's energetic & positive vibe welcomed us to Cesena and set the stage for a wonderful stay. I will stay here again.

The hotel is locate an excellent location near to the beach (the "normal" and whichone is for the dogs).The room is equipped the needed thing ( fridge, plates, mugs, cutlery). You had to bring eg sponge, dishwashing liquid. The dividing wall are thin, so if you have loud neighbor you can hear everything. Matteo was a great host and helpfull. Highly recommend the place.

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

We were immediately greeted by Stefania with cordiality and as soon as we arrived at the apartment she immediately made us feel at ease. The property is in perfect condition and has all the necessary comforts for a great vacation . The host was always available to our requests. I found a kindness and friendliness that made me feel at home . Highly recommend !! It's a vacation-friendly place for families and kids too.

The house was on a very quiet street, with a few bars nearby where you can drink coffee in the morning. Clean, tidy and quiet place.

The stay in Marco's home was fantastic. It was a beautiful large room equipped with all necessities. A beautiful large bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedrooms.
