There is a new queen sofa bed in living room, along with new large smart screen TV. Cable programming and high speed wireless internet. Very nice hot tub. Outdoor charcoal grill and fire pit. Very nice yard and beach frontage, along with dock. Delightfully decorated. Well maintained and exceptionally clean. Kayaks and bikes available to rent for $25/day/item - delivered to cottage. We absolutely loved Buena Vista Lake House. Some highlights that we loved were the lake views, the awesome deck and furniture for hanging out and eating, provided kayaks & paddleboards, fire pit, cozy living room furniture, 5-star bed and bathroom linens, squeaky-clean bathrooms and kitchen. Party & Gord were the best hosts! Attentive, helpful, friendly, & kind. HIGHLY recommend staying here. I have a feeling we’ll be back!

Earl and Sara were by far the BEST hosts I’ve ever had. The house was perfect, with a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs, toiletries in case they were forgotten, cards and board games, and a beautiful spot on the lake. Check in was a breeze, everything was perfectly clean, and it was the perfect getaway. The thing that stood out the most was how available and communicative they were. They checked in throughout the week, and answered promptly whenever we needed to reach out. Highly highly recommend this house with Earl and Sara as your host, you will not regret it!

The sunrise off the dock was amazing. Wendy was very helpful with local places to eat and making sure we had everything we needed before even getting there. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We will booking again next fall! Very close to Oak Orchard dam (went for a fishing trip)! Thank you for recommending Roadies food was awesome!

The lake house was absolutely beautiful. The view was stunning and entirely relaxing. We went for a thirtieth birthday wine weekend in April and it was so much fun. The location was prime location on Seneca Lake, close to Herman J Wiemer, Toast, and Magnus Ridge. It is a prime location on the Seneca lake. We adored the hot tub and it comfortably fit 5 of us, maybe even 6-7 . We used the fire pit, the patio, and all amenities. When showering, we advise only one going at a time due to shifting in temperature. The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive to all of our messages! Thanks again for a great first time in the finger lakes. We’d love to come back. The house is spacious and very homey with plenty of cooking supplies available.

We had wonderful time on Gibbs Point! The house and location were just what we were needed. We loved being on the bay with Lake Ontario just a few hundred yards away. We spent a lot of time on water (having kayaks SUPs and a canoe available was amazing). Our teenage kids played ball and frisbee games in the lawn. We cooked delicious meals and ate on the deck. The house was so comfortable and clean.

Gorgeous place and even though the weather was misty, view of the lake was incredible. I’d definitely stay again! Only thing to be aware of is the shared driveway with the other rental property. 4 cars of theirs to our 2 was a bit crowded. Otherwise I highly recommend.
