Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Richmond

This was my 2nd stay with Melanie and Bruce, once again it was perfect. The house is very private in a beautiful wooded area. The house has everything you need, plus thoughtful extras like the campfire wood and starter kit. We really appreciate the 11am check-out time, so many others require 10am and after a weekend of adventures, that extra hour matters!! We will definitely stay with Melanie, Bruce, and the outdoor kitty Nancy, again!

Beatriz’s place was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, towels and other amenities. We definitely recommend this place.

Relaxing atmosphere, peaceful stay.

Wilma was a great host, and the house is as advertised. We had a quick stay but everything went well.

Outstanding property. Descriptions and photos matched actual home. Jim and Carol were very responsive and made the checking process simple. Accommodated our request for an early checkin. Property is very high end. Gourmet kitchen with every appliance and accessory needed. Incredible assortment of cocktail glassware and accessories. Living room very comfortable with beautiful furniture and huge TV to enjoy the Masters! Beds super comfy. Bathrooms perfect. Hot tub and fire pit were a great way to unwind after a busy day. This property is a must for any small family or couples for a get away. We will absolutely visit again. Big thank you to Jim and Carol.

Loved our stay at Joan’s place. My two daughters and I were in town for my daughters 21st birthday, her place was close enough to some many places that we had an abundance of options to choose from. Her place is very peaceful ! The weather didn’t corporate for us but we still managed to get in a nice 10 minute walk to the Lake from her place. The house had everything we needed for a weekend stay , including games and cards which we did use ! She is very thoughtful and kind adding a few personal touches and she made checking in and out pleasant !! Her place was the perfect size for us and although we didn’t get a chance to use the yard , deck or fire pit it’s all definitely an added bonus! Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and really loved the house. I really loved that all bedrooms were lake front and had large windows to enjoy the beautiful views. The house was also very clean and well maintained. Diana was a great host and provided information in advance. I had one question when we arrived and she responded almost immediately. It was a great experience.

Loved our time here. It was a great space to stretch out after spending time in NYC. Lots of fun extras for the kids like the toys and games in the shanty. Great proximity to church historical sites if that is of interest. Would recommend to anyone!

Our stay with Jill was excellent from check in to check out. Very nice place everything was very clean. Jill always responded really fast to answer questions. This was definitely was like a “Home away from Home” I would definitely book again when I come back to the Rochester area.

Suzanne’s has been my first choice when visiting the area. Comfortable and clean. I often travel solo for work and feel very safe at Suzanne’s. Quiet location with a great bakery and restaurants within a mile. Only10 minutes from Rochester dining if you prefer the city scene..

Dwight’s place was exactly what we needed. A nice respite after a long day and beyond peaceful. It was the small touches that made a huge difference. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

We have stayed here before, great location, great light. This time we had local musicians staying here for a concert; they were so pleased with the accommodations. And Micheal and Margot even went to the concert!

I really love this place. super clean and spacious. All the decoration just make me feel like home. And the location is excellent, it is very beautiful in this season. Highly recommend this place!

This space was PERFECT for our little anniversary getaway in the finger lakes! Ron was very responsive and we loved all of the treats he supplied the house with. We can wait to come back during the summer! Thank you, Ron!

Laura's basement apartment was a treat. It's everything a guest could ask for: clean, excellent location, well-appointed. It had even had some snacks!

Yan’s “nut house” is great! We have stayed there several times and plan to stay in the future…comfortable, extremely clean, very responsive host and hostess. Lindsey's place was a wonderful location for a getaway with my friends! The condo was beautiful, clean, tidy, organized, well decorated, cute, and comfortable! And wow, the view of Canandaigua lake in the morning from the living room is stunning! So close to Canandaigua and Naples and cute places to visit! Lindsey was so communicative, making sure we had everything we needed ahead of time and during our stay, and was such a pleasure to talk to! I highly recommend Lindsey's condo and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Place was great, check in was smooth, very clean. Great place after a long day at letchworth. Also very easy to communicate with.

The condo was beautiful, well stocked and clean. Celeste and Breanna answered all our questions promptly, and did everything they could to enhance our stay. We’re very impressed.

Wonderful unit with a fantastic view.

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the nightly rate for the time that we stayed was worth it.
