You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The single wide 2 bed, 2 bath fully remodeled trailer that is about 4 miles from I-77, 25 miles to Carowinds, 34 miles to Charlotte, 7-8 miles to Richburg, 18-20 miles to Chester, 9-11 miles to Rock Hill. The Airbnb is located near the end of a cul-de-sac road out in the country. There is an active train track about 1/2 mile away that passes by days/nights which is little loud. There is wild life like deers, squirrels, possums, raccoons in the area. Has front patio and big front yard.
