We absolutely loved our time here. The Airbnb was exactly as described and Mirko & Marino are such kind and helpful hosts. From the detailed instructions on how to get to the place to the parking & restaurant recommendations in all towns in the neighbourhood, everything was so well taken care off by them and we had the best time disconnecting in the middle of nature. We’d love to come back!

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. Absolute stunning place; I felt right at home and after travelling for a bit it was so nice to catch up on some sleep in this beautiful place. I had the pleasure to meet his parents as well & as his mum and myself had similar interests i.e hiking, we went on some tours together. So much kindness and familiarity that I felt part of the area. My luggage also broke so we also went on a shopping tour together. Very grateful to all the support and special moments. The area has lots to offer that you discover the longer you are there :)

Wir waren mit 9 Personen unserer Familie und Hund, wie letztes Jahr im August, im Haus von Alessandra. Es hat auch dieses Mal alles perfekt funktioniert und es war alles noch so, wie 2023. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute sofort im Urlaub gefühlt und konnten uns in der Woche sehr gut erholen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft, ebenso am Abend im Jaccuzzi zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Highlight war die Panigacci-Experience (toskanische Teigfladen), die Alessandra für uns im Haus organisiert hat. Ein ganz toller Abend. Auch die Kommunikation mit Claudia war wieder schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können Alessandras Haus auf jeden Fall, auch dieses Jahr, wieder weiterempfehlen.

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen en kregen een duidelijke uitleg. De eigen tuin is prachtig en groot. Op het terrein kan je zowel rusten als actief zijn. (Zwembad, ping-pong, badminton) Het hoofdgebouw is een historsch waardevolle villa en de bijgebouwen zijn in dezelfde stijl ingericht. Bij elk bijgebouw zijn ook nog eens aparte tuinen en buitenruimtes. Door de uitstraling van zowel de gastvrouw het gebouw, als de tuin krijg je het gevoel om deel te nemen aan verhaal van het domein.

Siamo stati nella casa di Stefania per quattro giorni, e siamo stati benissimo. Stefania e Fabio sono stati gentilissimi, sono venuti a prenderci alla stazione e hanno persino lasciato della focaccia in casa al nostro arrivo. La casa è molto carina, comoda, pulita e accogliente. Our stay in Cinque Terre, Bracco at Stefano's place was great. Stefano and his family were very nice and welcoming. Check-in went without any problems, Stefano explained everything to us perfectly and guided us. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed and the view of the bay is unique. The place of accommodation is very convenient both for a trip to the Cinque Terre and for trips to the sea and swimming. We highly recommend the accommodation.

Non lascio mai commenti per hotel e ristoranti, ma questa esperienza merita qualche minuto per sottolineare l’impegno e la disponibilità di Mauro e Davide, persone squisite e oltremodo gentili. Addirittura ci hanno invitato una sera per permetterci di vedere la partita in tv. Fidatevi a occhi chiusi, un’esperienza ed un ambiente al top. Grazie ancora per l’eccezionale ospitalità.

è stato proprio come essere a casa, ma al mare!!l'appartamento dotato di tutti i confort ed accessoriato veramente di qualsiasi cosa, la posizione strepitosa!!una volta attraversata la strada si è sulla passeggiata e a piedi si può comodamente arrivare dappertutto. Io ho due bimbi piccoli e nell'appartamento ho trovato tutti i confort anche per loro...stoviglie, lettino,lenzuola ecc...inoltre la comunicazione con Agnese, co host di Davide, è stata davvero sempre reattiva, molto amichevole e utile a goderci al massimo il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!!

We had a very nice holiday in La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. The apartment had everything we needed and it’s well situated. Nicolas was very kind and allowed us to drop off our bags before the chek-in time and leave them after check-out at the end of our stay.

Alessandra was very welcoming. She gave us helpful advice regarding visiting Portofino and Cinque Terre. Also suggested some restaurants where we had delicious meal. The area is quiet but only 10 minutes drive from busy tourist area. We enjoyed it.

Wir haben wunderschöne 8 Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl. Als Familie zu fünft mit Hundebegleitung bietet die Wohnung mit ihren drei Schlafzimmern, einem großem Wohnzimmer und Wohnküche sowie drei Balkonen ausreichend Platz. Der Strand und Promenade ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Trotz seiner direkten Lage am Meer und Promenade ist es sehr ruhig da sich das Gebäude in einer Seitenstraße zum Jachthafens befindet. Vom Balkon aus, hat man eine eine einzigartige Sicht auf das Meer. Um die Ecke der Wohnung befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen bei dem man sehr gute und frische Lebensmittel kaufen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles liebe Alice, es hat und sehr gut gefallen in Terra Mantra ! Ein Ort zum relaxen in schönem Garten mit Hängematte und Terrasse, wir haben super geschlafen, die Küche ist zum kochen eingerichtet und das Yoga war einfach toll. Die Umgebung haben wir mit der Vespa erkundigt was sehr empfehlenswert ist ! Sehr gerne wieder auf ein anderes Mal ! Grazie !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genommen. Angefangen vom Checkin verlief der Aufenthalt reibungslos. Das Apartment lädt abseits von vielen Menschen zum Entspannen und wohlfühlen ein. Zu zweit ist wirklich mehr als genug Platz geboten. Die Wohnung empfanden wir als sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht testen. Für uns war kein Wunsch offen. Supermärkte sind super mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir abseits von der Stadt wohnen wollten. Zum Meer haben wir meistens je nach Stelle so 20 Minuten Fahrzeit- einfach perfekt.
