Apartment was clean and as described, would definitely stay again, Chiara was very welcoming and was at the apartment waiting when we checked in, always helpful and responsive when messaged. Super ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Studio with attention to detail, tastefully furnished and perfectly organized. The location is simply unbeatable: very central, quiet and a stone's throw away from the walk. Parking is available nearby. Special applause for hosts: helpful, kind, and always super responsive. Online check-in was quick and easy. The kitchen, while essential, is designed in a smart and functional way. I also really appreciated the countertop, which is great for working. Washer and dryer, located in the shared space, were an added value during the stay. I highly recommend this place to couples and young travelers looking for a practical, central, and well-maintained solution. I'll definitely be back!

This is our second visit to Lucca and we wanted to stay at a Lucca Apartments and Villas managed apartment because we know that everything will be as expected. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Kathy…quiet spot, near the wall, many nearby delicious restaurants and coffee bars…the apartment served us well and was nicely appointed. We are an ‘older’ couple but managed the steps to the first floor very easily…Stella was so welcoming and accommodating. She truly made our experience even more enjoyable…

We had a lovely and restful time, the location is beautiful with the private beach and the sound of ocean waves, the view of the sea is wonderful. Camilla is a great host and Paolo is amazing, warm and friendly, and he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and even took care of arranging a boat charter for us with a great local company who really took care of us, even arranging to get a birthday cake on short notice, going into town to pick it up for us! Amazing hospitality that made our trip special. Thanks so much!
