Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Riccò del Golfo di Spezia

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügte über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und eignete sich zum Kochen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grossartige Infinity-Pool mit einer atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der Strand und der Bahnhof sind etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin steil und mit vielen Treppenstufen verbunden. Die Zufahrt zum Airbnb erfolgt über einen schmalen Weg, der mit dem Auto erreichbar ist, jedoch nicht für tiefgelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet ist. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten unvergessliche Ferien. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Claudio und seine Frau waren perfekte Gastgeber. Immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Danke nochmal für die tolle Begrüßung 🥰 Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und konnten die Ruhe und Aussicht sehr genießen. Die Nähe zum Meer (1 Stunde Fahrt, keine Kurverei) hat uns positiv überrascht. Auch wenn der letzte Kilometer zum Haus auf den ersten Anschein abenteuerlich wirkt, alles halb so wild da einfach zu befahren. Wir werden wohl wiederkommen.

Wir haben 3 Tage bei Roberta verbracht. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage und haben uns dort wie zuhause gefühlt. Roberta und Stefano waren unglaublich gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das kleine Häuschen ist wunderschön und ruhig am Berg gelegen mit wunderbarem Ausblick und die Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich kann einen Besuch nur empfehlen.

Notre séjour chez Rita a été parfait. Son appartement, son environnement sont parfaits pour un départ de Levanto pour visiter les cinq terre. Rita est très agréable et toujours présente si nécessaire avec une petite attention à notre arrivée et de bons conseils. Très jolie maison agencée avec gout et fidèle aux photos et descriptif. Rita a une magnifique collection de BonsaÏs . Nous remercions Rita pour cet agréable séjour et je recommande fortement cette adresse si vous voulez visiter les cinq terres.

Quel beau séjour nous avons eu. L’endroit était merveilleux. De beaux jardins fleuris, une vue époustouflante sur la mer. il y avait deux cuisines très fonctionnelles dont une extérieure très pratique pour assister aux coucher de soleil. Le quartier était paisible. Nous avons enfin pu décrocher et se reposer. Non loin d’un petit village Lerici. Selon nous encore mieux que Cinque Terre. Ne cherchez pas ailleurs! Si vous souhaitez vous reposer dans un endroit paradisiaque entre amoureux, ce fut un vrai coup de cœur!! Nous reviendrons certainement!! C’est la première fois que nous trouvons que l’endroit est encore mieux que sur les photos!! Merci à nos hôtes qui nous ont assistés tout au long de notre séjour.

Maria Victoria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön, schon die Anfahrt ist es wert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig, man hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Wir hatten das große Glück, ein paar Tage in dieser liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Unterkunft verbringen zu dürfen – und es war einfach rundum perfekt! Schon beim Betreten des Hauses spürt man, wie viel Liebe in jedes Detail gesteckt wurde. Die Räume sind nicht nur stilvoll, sondern auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlfühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight war der wunderschöne, gepflegte Garten – eine wahre Oase der Ruhe und nicht zu vergessen der wunderschöne Pool der zum entspannen einlud. Zwischen blühenden Blumen, alten Olivenbäumen und liebevoll gestalteten Sitzplätzen konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und die Natur genießen. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe und Hingabe in die Pflege dieses kleinen Paradieses fließen. Nicht zuletzt möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Vermieter hervorheben. Sie haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an mit großer Gastfreundschaft empfangen, waren jederzeit hilfsbe

Alles wunderbar und perfekt: Roma und ihr Ehegatte sind unglaublich nette und interessante Menschen, sie kennen jede Ecke in der Umgebung und haben sehr viel wertvolles Wissen über die Geschichte des Ortes. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, eine wunderbare Sicht gerne wären wir länger geblieben!

Paola è stata l’host perfetta. È stata disponibile al nostro arrivo in tarda serata, ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. La casa è fornitissima, ha tutto ciò che serve. Ha un bellissimo panorama e terrazzo giardino. Sebbene la strada sia stretta, è facilissimo arrivarci. Consigliatissimo soprattutto per chi vuole stare lontano da città o dal caos delle spiagge. Posto in cui sarà bello tornare

We stayed for 4 nights and never had a bad moment. Getting to the train was easy. Walking along the trails was amazing, the pasta downstairs is a win! We had crepes every day for breakfast. Swimming to cool off before relaxing on the balcony with local wine was a win!

Die Unterkunft lag sehr privat am Dorfrand. Man muss mit dem Auto einen schmalen, kurvigen und teilweise steilen Weg entlang fahren. Zum Glück gab es nie Gegenverkehr und die Nachbarn verhielten sich zuvorkommend. Dafür ist der Außenbereich sehr ruhig und idyllisch, fast paradiesisch. Das Highlight ist der private Pool mit zauberhafter Aussicht. Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt unter der Wohnung, aber das ist ein Vorteil, da es die Kommunikation sehr erleichtert. Außerdem haben sie zwei tolle Hunde. Mirko hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Parkmöglichkeiten gegeben, was unseren Urlaub bereichert hat. Die Wohnung hat eine ausreichende Größe und sie ist so eingerichtet, dass man sich direkt zuhause fühlt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und die Unterkunft hat einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen.

Chiara was such a responsive, wonderful host and reminded me of the good ol days of Airbnb! She had fabulous restaurant recommendations, helped us make reservations, and made our trip to Camogli easy with kids. Apartment is up 6 flights of stairs; but the view is worth it!!! Stunning views of the sea and town. Bedrooms are quiet, the kids had no issues. AC was a welcome treat. Kitchen is small, but serviceable, had a dishwasher; we didn’t cook much and enjoyed eating out. We fell in love with Camogli and the people. We’d absolutely return and book Chiara’s place again.

The place was great for our group of six people. The proximity to the train station was a plus. The stairs leading up to the apartment were easy to climb with our small lugguage items. The place looks exactly how it is in pictures. Gianni was responsive and extremely helpful! He arranged the standing fan for the third room since it had no ceiling fan. His recommendation to park our car in public parking was also apt. There are two bathrooms however there is only one shower panel. The other bathroom has a jacuzzi instead which meant that shower there would flood the bathroom. This could probably be fixed with a shower curtain since one shower panel between six people is a stretch. Overall our group had soo much fun and we can recommend Gianni's place to anyone visiting Cinque Terre! Note- that there is 3Euro per person per night tourist tax which was needed to be left in cash box while checkout. We were not aware of this but managed to find some cash.

The apartment was spacious and easy to get to from train station. Even though it is above a main street it was quiet/ peaceful. I liked the large terrace. The host was responsive. Read the key instructions very well or you will have trouble opening the door! It works, but you have to be very precise with the directions about how many times you turn the key. It was the perfect stay to go on day trips to Cinque Terre and be 15 minute walk from train station. We also enjoyed La Spezia.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, optimal für ein Paar oder Familie mit einem Baby. Ruhig gelegen- man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto! Sehr gute Pizzeria und ein gutes Fischrestaurant sind aber fussläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten mit dem Auto viele Ausflugsziele in der insgesamt schönen Umgebung von La Spezia! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nette und herzliche Leute und wohnen auch auf dem Grundstück.

Der Aufenthalt bei Alessandro und Diego war sehr schön. Es war alles sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet (auch mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc.), im Bad gab es Shampoo und Duschgel, generell viel Platzangebot,…. Zur Lage: zu Fuß kann man eher nicht viel erreichen, das stört uns aber nicht, da wir immer mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Supermarkt ist ca 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt, der nächste Strand ca 15-20 min, … Es ist zu erwähnen, dass von 11 Nächten 2-3 Abende (20-23 Uhr vielleicht) Militärübungen auf dem nahegelegenen millitärgelände gemacht worden sind, was schon sehr laut war (Hubschrauber). Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Ringsum sieht man zahlreiche Hügel, im Garten kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen und durch den tollen Grill und Backofen draußen richtig toll kochen / grillen. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful old house. The property has much character, original details, and a peaceful, timeless atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made it special was the view — absolutely breathtaking. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace or winding down in the evening, the scenery was a highlight. The host was responsive and friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with charm and great views. Would definitely come back!

super liebe gastgeberin und immer gut erreichbar, sehr saubere wohnung, der ausblick ist wunderschön - gibt nichts zu meckern, bucht euch die unterkunft wenn ihr la spezia oder cinque terre besuchen wollt!

This Villa was by far the best Airbnb we stayed in as part of our family vacation to Italy. We are a group of 9, including 1 baby and 2 small children, and the Villa was perfect for our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool and the patio was perfect for our Chef prepared dinner. Thomas and Enrico were amazing hosts and super responsive to any questions. The Villa is walkable to the Towne Center, train station, and grocery store. We HIGHLY recommend the Villa and hope to be able to return someday.

Merveilleux séjour dans cette villa de rêve à la vue imprenable et aux extérieurs magnifiques. Lorenzo est très accueillant, disponible, reactif et gentil, je ne saurai que recommander cet endroit où nous avons passé 5 jours inoubliables. Les intérieurs sont également très fonctionnels, tout était très propre et bien pensé !

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!
