The property was originally an old country house that has been completely restored respecting the original features and materials. Located a few steps from the centre of the village, retains the atmosphere of a country house surrounded by greenery and quiet of the hill. The accommodation is a good starting point to discover the hinterland, in the past the land of the Malatesta, full of villages, for those who want to reach the golf clubs of the Adriatic coast or for those who want to challenge themselves in different cycling routes without forgetting "the wine and food" routes of our land.
