Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very available. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Davide’s place — the house was nothing short of perfect. The property is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and the most peaceful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the entire space was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled. Davide is truly the best host in all of Italy — kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend in this rural location surrounded by green hills and olive trees. The place is a real paradise for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake, perfect for recharging. Our cat also loved the quiet atmosphere and the house. Daniele was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful (at all times!), making us feel comfortable right away. We recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get away from the routine and enjoy a peaceful corner in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding cosy apartment, really nice, right on the Porto canale - outstanding location. No kitchen, but you would be crazy cooling at home with such great restaurants around ! Valerio recommended the perfect parking spot. Always reactive. A lady living right in front of the apartment helps him out, she also provided some excellent local recommendations. Outstanding experience, we will be back !

Absolutely recommended!!! We have booked the space to relax for a few days for our big wedding. The accommodation was exactly as described and is very comfortable, quiet, and with many amenities. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, he sent us all kinds of tips for activities nearby, responded very quickly to all our questions and finally came to bring us a nice bottle of wine when he heard that we were getting married later that week. Really very sweet. We would love to come back again!

Stefano and Cristina are just amazing. They are very friendly and outgoing, they responded to every need we had. We even asked if there is a place to buy homemade grappa, and they have offered us one of their bottles, truly amazing people. The place was more beautiful than the pictures. It was astonishing and breathtaking. Beautiful surroundings, very quiet and secluded. There is a coal barbecue, which brings the best taste in meat upfront. All and all, the one of the best getaways ever, definitely a place you want to stay if you are visiting this area. The house is beautiful, comfortable, all the amenities are impeccable, they make you feel very well received and at home. The service from Barbara, the owner, was excellent, attentive to everything that was required and with wonderful treatment, seeking to assist in the kindest and most special way possible.

Very pleasant house in a beautiful area. In case of problems, Mara has always tried to find a solution very quickly. Delightfully enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and ideally located to discover Le Marche.

If your looking for a Villa in peaceful Surroundings with an amazing view and luxury furnishings this is the place for you! The Villa had an amazing view of San Marino which was only 10-15mins drive away. It’s elevated position meant unspoilt view of the Italian countryside right up to the sea. It also meant the climate was not too hot as there was a gentle breeze. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and wildlife. The kitchen was well equipped. I particularly enjoyed the spa downstairs with sauna and hot tub. Cristian and Jackamo were gracious guests bringing us pastries for breakfast every couple of days. There were very attentive during our stay and even were kind enough to book us an umbrella and sunbeds in Rimini beach ( 40mins drive). The lido was perfect for our children aged 4 and 7. If I am being picky I would have like a bit more communication at the time of our booking but this was certainly not an issue when we were in Italy. We would happily stay again!

We had a great time at this villa. The house is huge, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Accurately and attentively chosen furnishings to offer different experiences and special services (living room that becomes a cinema room!). The outdoor spaces are spectacular, especially the garden and indoor rooms, perfect for relaxing. It has everything you need for both work and fun.
