Tiziana's accommodation is the best you can wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path takes you to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you travel by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

Everything is perfect - from check-in to the location and cleanliness of the property. A great structure surrounded by greenery, just 10 minutes from the sea. Carlo and Novella are very kind hosts, with whom they can have great conversations! Thank you so much for the local tips, too. Breakfast is great too! Definitely recommend.

Very quiet place but not far from amenities, ample space and very clean, the possibility of parking the car internally was very important for me and above all very kind and helpful owners.

It was just perfect!Morciano is a small place with very dear people :) all necessary shops are nearby and are within walking distance. The accommodation itself is much nicer than in the pictures!Everything so lovingly decorated!In the kitchen you have all the need, even coffee, sugar, salt and tea. What is still totally sweet is that the host even provides croissants, jam and cookies as well as two water bottles. In the bathroom you will also find everything you need, the towels are changed regularly. As far as Paolo is concerned, very great!For any concern, you can contact him immediately and also get an answer immediately!Great recommendations from him regarding restaurants and beach(10 minutes by car in Cattolica). In between Paolo brought us delicious figs to try and a farewell gift with local treats on departure!Paolo, thank you so much for the great stay & your warmth :)we will come back!

Location was fabulous. Just easy 10 minute walk to Porta San Francesco- the main gate into the historic UNESCO citti di San Marino. Near restaurants, parking lot #9, the famous Cliffside Trail….Everything. We stayed 3 days…..just parked the car, moved 100 meters to the apartment, checked out the beautiful mountain and valley view from the apartment balcony (great for sunset!), then headed to the UNESCO old town. And our host Andrea was great….giving us ideas for restaurants, local food, nearby places to visit, and great service. We would certainly stay again. But maybe 5-7 days San Marino is a great place to visit…..Come when they have a festival on.

This was the perfect place to stay for a few days. It was very spacious and we loved having the 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. There are some very good restaurants around here and very friendly people. Francesca met us outside the house and answered any questions we had. The train was only a 15 minute walk and we had a private driveway for parking our car. Angela was the perfect hostess!! She was very kind and her apartment was perfect for our stay. The torte she gave us upon arrival was delicious. We will stay there again!!!!

The apartment was neat and in a quiet area. In the morning you woke up to the sound of the birds. It is the top floor. Tall people cannot stand well in some parts. The head was sometimes bumped when going to bed. In the summer, the space will be very warm despite well-functioning air conditioning. However, we could get along well here and it is a nice and especially clean space. The host Lorenzo is incredibly friendly and helpful. We regularly sent him questions about restaurants and activities. Lorenzo always responded very quickly with fine tips. If necessary, we will definitely come back! Lorenzo, thanks for everything!

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Great experience. Very clean and tidy apartment. Nicoletta is very kind and flexible with the check-in time. Abundant and varied breakfast (all packaged but good), which is not common these days. Very convenient location for those like me who had to go to the conference center, which is 50 meters away and can be reached in a minute. Recommended.

The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home.
