Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Nice little house in a very large enclosed yard with a beautiful house in front with several rentals. Functional, enough to cook in terms of utensils. Provide extra bath towels for the pool. Nothing is closed or locked outside between rentals (ideal place to organize a family stay, family reunion or with friends, the setting is so ready) with this beautiful swimming pool (totally fenced for security) plenty of space around, it's not disturbing if there are several people, deckchair, it is cleaned every day. Very green setting with farm animals (ponies, donkeys, pigs, cow and her calf, etc.) nearby and wild boars. Just for info it's nestled, no view but rejuvenating because in nature. We did not meet Giancarlo who is very responsive to messages but we met his son with his small family who are very friendly, give advice and information, they like to exchange. Thank you all

Villa poggetto was a beautiful and quiet retreat. Our family used it as a base for seeing other parts of Tuscany and hired a car so it was perfect. It has basic amenities and the pool is in great condition. Only critique is the doors don’t lock well (not really a concern as the area is quiet) and as it is rural there are animals around such as mice and cute local cats. Gastone was a great host who allowed us to check in at 11pm when we were running late. He is very responsive and kind.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

Had a wonderful 4 nights in this very peaceful villa in Tuscany. Check in with Ricardo was easy, very friendly. We had no problems in our stay so didn’t need to bother him, so while he lives on site it felt like our own villa for the whole time. The pool was very kindly opened early in the season for our kids to use. Wonderful views from the pool terrace. Only suggestion is for simple things like salt, pepper, balsamic etc to be left so to avoid every guest having to buy new. . But overall this was a 5 star stay and we would highly recommend, thank you!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is well maintained and exactly as per the description provided. Giovanna and her family are highly responsive and responded instantly to any queries we had. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to go to the Toscana to stay at this wonderful house.

Amazing place in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the countryside. Climate cottage equipped with everything you need. Together with our dogs we felt like at home. Bruna is an incredibly warm and helpful person. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!

All I can say is wow. This house was amazing it had everything that you needed. It was spotless and had extra blankets and towels. It had loads of household supplies and I really felt like it was a home away from home. The views are spectacular….. like something out of a movie, they really take your breath away. Sharyn was so helpful and gave me great instructions on how to get there and the amenities around the area. Cristina and her son were there to welcome us and were amazing. I can’t thank you enough. We are already planning our next stay for longer.

The complex is in a larger clearing in the middle of the forest. Completely remote and quiet day or night. Pure relaxation. Well-maintained complex. Good kitchen equipment. Tastefully furnished apartment. Great pool. 14x7m. Perfect for a few laps or to romp. Location is perfect for excursions. Florence, Pisa, Siena each about 60 minutes away by car. In and around San Gimignano there are many restaurants with good Tuscan dishes. A reservation is often required if you like to move away from the tourist centers. Shopping facilities can be reached in 15 minutes. External garbage disposal at nearby collection points is a bit annoying. Laura took care of the personal key handover with us and speaks perfect German! All in all 5 stars! We will be happy to come back.

We had a beautiful stay at this house. The landscape is amazing and the old house has some special charm. We had super nice neighbours which were always there and ready to help. The pool area is beautiful and you can really spend a good time there.

Casa Iris is an incredibly relaxing stay. It’s in a beautiful location amongst the Tuscan hills surrounded by trees and full of privacy. The house was very clean and we loved relaxing on the loungers and in the hot tub. Silvia is a great host with excellent communication.

Great house, especially when several families/parties travel together, as there are a total of 3 apartments. House and surroundings very clean, contact via the key holder very straightforward. The caretaker was great, came every day and took great care of the pool and the surroundings - but didn't push up at all and mostly came to times when we weren't at the house. Too bad it doesn't have wifi.

Rosanna and her country house are as great as all the reviews say. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet, charming with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Great place to relax with family. If you intend to use the oven ask for instructions, it works fine but the operation wasn’t intuitive for us. Also bring plenty of bottled water, the house supply is fine for washing but not for drinking/cooking. Rosanna gave us great recommendations for dining and sightseeing in the Radda/ Castellina area, great place at a reasonable rate!

It was our first time in Castiglione. Landlord (mother and daughter) very kind, welcoming and very helpful. Wonderful place, away from the chaos of the city but a short distance from the sea, surrounded by nature and peace. Spacious place, with everything you need inside and out with lounge chairs, umbrella, and table. We felt at home. Thanks again for everything. We will definitely be back.

Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. Casa Alba was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay. We renewed our vows, at Casa Alba, to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary & it was a dream day 🤗 Luigi & his wife were there to welcome us & couldn't have been friendlier. My sister, brother in law & their toddler stayed the week with us & I can definitely say we loved it & would absolutely return 🙌 its very close to San Gimignano for everything you could need.

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you
