Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ribeirão Preto

The house is close to the center, it was easy to get around and the location. Large and airy spaces. We found utensils to use in everyday life, making our stay easier. I recommend the place and I would definitely come back

Our accommodation was great, we went in a group of 6 people and everyone was very well accommodated with comfort, each with their own room and bathroom. Great linen and towels. The hosts Paula and her daughter Ana, were extremely helpful and receptive, giving us peace of mind and security, always promptly answering our questions. The house is great, the location too, extremely spacious, complete in all rooms. We just feel that some parts need a little maintenance and a little more careful cleaning, but nothing that discredits the house, nor the stay. We were all happy and satisfied, we will definitely be back.

Tamyris, was super careful from start to finish. We had an unforeseen event on the way and she offered us all the necessary support. Super kind and accessible, if I ever return to Ribeirão I will definitely stay at the house again!

The accommodation at Danilo's house was perfect. Unfortunately, we spent only a few days, but we wanted to stay longer. The house was impeccable, clean and organized. It had all the amenities listed, and the kitchen was very complete and new. Very comfortable rooms, with bedding and great thermal insulation. The shower is great, both in temperature and pressure. The outdoor area is great, we used the barbecue without any problems, it had all the tools needed for barbecuing. Danilo was very kind, he welcomed us cordially for check-in, even after we delayed our arrival due to travel problems. Whenever I needed it, communication was very fast and efficient. And the checkout was also great. In the vicinity, there was a butcher shop, bakery, everything we needed for a short stay. It's worth it, even the cost-benefit. As I said, everything was amazing and if there is another opportunity, we will certainly return.

Casa Boa, located close to the place we needed to go (Agrishow) which allowed us easy access to the fair. Spacious space, all rooms with air conditioning.

We had an amazing weekend at this house to celebrate my birthday with family and friends, and it couldn’t have been better! From the very first contact, Emiliana and Karina were extremely helpful, always responding promptly and clarifying all our questions. Upon arrival, Nilza welcomed us warmly and was attentive throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Additionally, the suggested service providers, such as a cleaner, cook, and barbecue chef, were essential to making my birthday celebration extra special and ensuring the comfort of our guests. The house is impeccable, very well-equipped, with spacious areas and a cozy, tasteful decor. The outdoor space is perfect for leisure and socializing. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

The house is better than in the photos. He treated us super well. Everything extremely clean, all modern TV sets. In addition, the place is extremely comfortable and super safe. Leia always assisted us quickly and politely. If we had the opportunity to return to the city, we would definitely stay in the same place. I recommend it!

Vania was SUPER friendly and attentive, always ready to answer questions! The house is great, with a spacious area and identical to the photos! It accommodated 5 people very well in the 2 bedrooms of the house (I imagine that in the future there will be more space since there is a bedroom under construction) Perfect location for those who want to stay near the João Rock festival (approx. 7 minutes by Uber) Quiet neighborhood, with a market near the house (we walked there easily) The only information that could be clearer in the description is that the house is similar to an edicula, with the construction and rooms located at the back, since the front is a business! Except for that, everything was perfect and as agreed!

Excellent apartment, very well equipped, in a very quiet place, with easy access to the USP Campus. The hostess was a note 10, always responding to our questions quickly and kindly.

Cláudio was very kind in getting 1 more garage space and extending the check-out. This helped me a lot because I was at a conference and I couldn't leave early. Clean place with all kitchen utensils. I highly recommend it and thank you for your kindness once again.

The furniture and the entire apartment are identical to what is described in the photos. The bed linens, pillows, and towels were all clean. I was also very well received by all the building's doormen. I felt at home. And I will definitely stay in this apartment again.
