The photos don't do justice to the beauty of the place. The decor matches the environment very well. House equipped with all the necessary items for cooking, barbecuing. In addition to amenities and bed linens. Lismara is always very polite and helpful, as is Iran.

I rented the farm for my son's graduation. All the guests were delighted with the courts and pool. The ad does not do justice to the reality of the house: kitchen and laundry equipment, all very clean, wide and organized. Host Patrícia deserves a special compliment for the courtesy, attention and willingness to fulfill all the requests I made. It was one of the best places I rented on my trips and we will definitely return.

The stay was excellent. The environment was totally organized and clean. The host offered us treats on arrival and was very kind and attentive during our stay at Studio 617. The space is very cozy and fully matches the photos. When we return to Ribeirão Preto, we will certainly hope to return to this incredible accommodation.

Entire house or just leisure area. Near USP

I rented with Francisco, who was super helpful and even made it clear that there was a work in progress on the premises. He filmed it so I could see if it would disrupt our stay. The day before our trip, my family and I got the flu, and we ended up not going. My friends went and even called me on video to show me the place, as they were impressed. Very beautiful, full of green areas, with a beautiful pool, tree house, slide, billiards, a terrace with beautiful views of the city, air-conditioned rooms, very comfortable and a house well-stocked with daily necessities. *note: according to my friends, the house delivers much more than is seen in the photos. It is worth renting as a group, for a delicious, comfortable weekend in the midst of nature (even within the city). Next time, I intend not to get sick and also enjoy a day in this super cozy place. =)

Hostess Hemily's place is excellent. Very good taste in the finishing and decoration of the house. Fully equipped kitchen, impeccable outdoor space. Hemily, very attentive, responded quickly every time we requested any information. We will definitely be back.

The place is like the one described. Very modern and has everything you need for a quiet stay. I stayed for 4 days and didn't miss anything. We also take advantage of the condominium pool that is very good. And the location is great too.

My stay was excellent! The place is quiet, cozy and ideal for those looking for rest. Host was exceptional, always available and willing to help. Renato is a very good person, we had several deep and enriching conversations. In addition, it makes a point of sharing food with guests, it made me feel even more welcoming, especially traveling alone. I highly recommend this experience for those looking for a cozy atmosphere and a pleasant company!

Extremely comfortable! We were greeted by Renato , with a chazinho, we had a quick chat, Renato welcomed us well , we liked the place very much, a quiet vibe, well that we were looking for , quiet, with nature, we experienced the pool and had no discomfort , we discarded the garbage as it was recommended to us and this is a place that I hope to stay other times! I apologize to Renato in case we disrespected something, but I believe it was very quiet! Renato is congratulated , comfortable bed, all in compliance , we do not have what to complain about the place and Renato! Gratitude

Mr. Renato is an amazing host, welcoming us with education and affection, making us feel at home. He met all our needs and even showed us the sights of Ribeirão Preto, with tips of accessible places. His training in Biological Sciences and Law was very helpful, and he excelled as a tour guide, guiding us on the best paths and avoiding congestion. In addition, it produces a delicious cachaça and presented us with delicacies such as cheese from Minas and coffee from the region. We thank you for your hospitality, which made our stay unforgettable, and we hope to return if my son passes to the second phase of the USP entrance exam.

Amazing home and hosts. We were very comfortable from the beginning. The house is really amazing, everything very well taken care of, including the vases of flowers and arrangements scattered around the house. Many details that make a difference in the homey and bucolic atmosphere of the whole place. Congratulations! Soon I hope to be back as the house is far from the city, no noise from the urban center. Still, access to Bonfim Paulista is close and very fast. If you want a larger center, Ribeirao Preto is 7 minutes away. Thanks again to hosts.

It was a spectacular stay, with an additional taste of coffee and cheese bread. Hosts are very welcoming, loving and welcoming. I felt myself visiting very loved ones. The impeccable cleaning. The house is old and cozy, very well ventilated. The street is without exit, which makes the place safe for cars. A nook in the middle of the urban. I will be back again and again for sure. The peace of the place is second to none.

The stay was very good, it exceeded our expectations. the communication with those responsible for the accommodation was always quick and very polite.
