I was delighted with Studio! a wonderful smell in the environment, on the bedding and on the towels! Environment extremely cozy, functional and all very new! Jaqueline Tbm left coffee capsules as a courtesy and was super attentive prompting the check-in instructions and information such as indications from nearby establishments! It does not appear in the listing but the tbm building has a sauna and the very small gym is well equipped! In short: in the apartment has all the resources a person needs ( pans, fridge, water filter, a great Airfryer, coffee maker, micro waves, hairdryer, steam rainer) and the region IS simply close! Several restaurants, pharmacies, markets, bakeries... who, like me, values quality, comfort and practicality can stay with Jaqueline without fear! Returning to Ribeirão for sure I will be back in the Studio! Dica: a galhetaker with salt, olive oil and vinegar would be welcome! ❤️

The stay at the apartment at Klaus was amazing. Everything was neat and tidy, bed and sofa were comfortable. or the conditioned ones worked very well and the blackouts of the living room and rooms make the environment very dark. I highly recommend

We had an amazing weekend at this house to celebrate my birthday with family and friends, and it couldn’t have been better! From the very first contact, Emiliana and Karina were extremely helpful, always responding promptly and clarifying all our questions. Upon arrival, Nilza welcomed us warmly and was attentive throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Additionally, the suggested service providers, such as a cleaner, cook, and barbecue chef, were essential to making my birthday celebration extra special and ensuring the comfort of our guests. The house is impeccable, very well-equipped, with spacious areas and a cozy, tasteful decor. The outdoor space is perfect for leisure and socializing. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!
