Our stay was simply sensational! Paula is very responsive and helpful. He welcomed us very well and gave us all the support during the stay, including recommending restaurants and etc. The house is exactly as described, with lots of leisure options, such as a sauna, swimming pool, pool table, barbecue, etc. We will definitely return more often!

Cristiano was attentive. The house is cozy and suitable for 2 couples, I went with my wife, 1 son and 1 small dog and we really enjoyed it. We were driving, but there is easy transportation nearby, as well as easy access to shops. We would definitely come back and appreciate the hospitality.

Upon arrival, Nilza welcomed us warmly and was attentive throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Additionally, the suggested service providers, such as a cleaner, cook, and barbecue chef, were essential to making my birthday celebration extra special and ensuring the comfort of our guests. The house is impeccable, very well-equipped, with spacious areas and a cozy, tasteful decor. The outdoor space is perfect for leisure and socializing. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Great location, next to the mall that you can walk to, where there is a pharmacy and market. Wonderful apartment, everything very clean, great linens, great bathrooms. Clean and fragrant. We love it, we'll be back when we return to Ribeirão.

I rented the farm for Saturday and Sunday, a very nice place, we used the bedrooms, all impeccable in cleanliness, very fragrant, like the rest of the farm, very well maintained.

It accommodated 5 people very well in the 2 bedrooms of the house (I imagine that in the future there will be more space since there is a bedroom under construction) Perfect location for those who want to stay near the João Rock festival (approx. 7 minutes by Uber) Quiet neighborhood, with a market near the house (we walked there easily) The only information that could be clearer in the description is that the house is similar to an edicula, with the construction and rooms located at the back, since the front is a business! Except for that, everything was perfect and as agreed!

Great place, your Richard has been very requested and has always been distoused to help with any difficulty. The place was very clean and organized, had many furniture, appliances, crockery, etc. For USP students, like me, the place is very close (10 minutes walk), and the internal bus stop is right at the nearest entrance. The neighborhood is very calm and safe. The price was very fair, cost-effective! I would recommend it.

I found the decor of the environment cozy and pleasant, providing a feeling of being at home. The kitchen is super well-equipped. Towels and bed linens were clean. It has a powerful fan that helped a lot on these hot days. The concierge is open 24 hours, providing a sense of security. Flavia was always very attentive and ready to help with all my requests.
