3 Bed Modern Cottage near Hiking Trails & Parks

ClaireRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Nice modern stylish house in a terrace on a busy road. Lots of thought gone into the facilities provided such as coffee machine, nice bathroom products and kitchen had everything you might need. Parking in nearby free car park. Also overnight charging point available there. House is on 3 floors, kitchen and bathroom in basement and bedrooms on top floor, bit of a trek to the loo in the night. Garden overgrown thicket so couldn’t let dog out on its own but plenty of patches of grass nearby.
Three small potted plants are arranged on a windowsill, each in a simple gray pot. A sleek stainless steel faucet is positioned in front of the plants, with soft daylight filtering through the window, illuminating the space.

Rhondda Valleys with Breathtaking Riverside Views"

Beautiful & spacious kitchen/living room design with a cute dining room leading into the private garden with a gorgeous deck layout with a view, which stems down to another space with fake grass & chairs perfect for a small family & pets. My family loved it & the only downside was that we went in the winter so we couldnt enjoy the garden deck & views!

Castle Coach House

Jenny’s home is a really beautiful space and a great spot to secure for us after a concert at Principality Stadium. It is bright and airy, super clean and feels huge due to the great layout. The bathroom is fantastic with a large shower, thick towels and bath robes provided. The bedroom feels luxurious with a comfortable bed and nice bed linen, the bedside lamps are clever! Jenny is a fabulous host with great communication before our visit ensuring we knew exactly how to get in, codes, parking etc. I really highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Cardiff or the surrounding areas, or just wanting a trip away in a really quirky characterful house! We will certainly be staying again if we come to Cardiff again in the future. Thank you so much Rebekah 😊

I booked last minute as a trip for the dogs and I and I’m shocked this was available to be honest! Super light and airy, lovely amount of space for us and I easily took crates to put up. I always have the best time hiking the dogs in Wales and this is in a nice spot to various walks. Would love to go back and highly recommend!

Tŷ Byron Guest House

Excellent place. Definitely one of the best Air BnB's I've stayed in over the past few years. Chris has created a really lovely home and there is quality throughout. The view from the terrace is every bit as stunning as the photos suggest (sunny weather helped...can't always guarantee that in Ponty!). Chris was a friendly and helpful host, communication was very good and he has great knowledge of the town. Pontypridd being situated as it is, there are hills involved and the walk back from town to the apartment is a bit of a hike. However, it's worth it for the views right across the valley.

I had such a fantastic stay at Sue’s place. From start to finish, she was good as gold – incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt completely at home. Whether it was offering local tips, checking in to see how I was getting on, or the little thoughtful touches around the house, nothing was too much trouble for her. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described – if not better! I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more relaxing stay. Thank you so much, Sue – I’ll definitely be back!
