Our cosy cottage on the edge of Blaengarw village, in a valley surrounded by mountains, and small lakes. Amazing walking country on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix, DVDs & books for huddled nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

Our location offers spectacular views across the valley and easy access to the amenities and attractions from Brecon in the north, Cardiff to the south and Swansea and Gower to the west. Bike Park Wales drop off is on the hill behind us – driving there takes 15 minutes. Zip World Tower is also 15 minutes drive. Pen y Fan is a 20 minute drive. There is a locking store for bikes and other outdoor equipment, and we have a bike boot & dog wash and a laundry.
