Had a wonderful stay at Janine’s place very cosy and homely. Very clean with a nice comfy bed and a good welcome hamper. We were staying for a wedding at St Fagans so the location was ideal and the local taxis service was brilliant. Highly recommend Janine’s place to stay.

5 bed period property close to city centre

KatharineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A quiet, nicely located house in Penylan, Cardiff by the park. Communication with the owner was very good. The house was well equipped being the owner’s own home and worked well for our family group. I’d missed in the listing that breakfast was included so it was nice to have milk, bread, eggs, cereal and more there for us. We appreciated the flexibility of the owner for later check out time too.

Private annex with lounge, double bedroom & shower

OihanaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The annex is very convenient. We were 2 couples, and had enough space (one double room + 1 bed in the living room, as mentioned). On arriving, everything was set ready. The instructions were very clear. Sasha was very thoughtful and gave us recommandations for our trip, very helpful. We were offered many snacks in a mini fridge, which we enjoyed ! The house is at Sullly, accessible from Cardiff by bus, although we founded it more convenient to take a taxi (20pounds, 20min). Overall a great stay for a couple of days, thanks to our hosts' thoughtfulness !

Luxury spacious accommodation

AlanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Thank you to Nia for a very enjoyable stay in Cardiff. The house is exactly as advertised and highlighted in the photographs. It is situated in a quiet suburb of the city (about a 20-25 minute walk to centre). Lots of living space downstairs, including a modern and fully fitted kitchen and breakfast lounge. There are three bedrooms upstairs, the pick being a lovely appointed double room, which looks over the back garden. Nia is a friendly and super responsive host. As we were arriving late in the evening, we really appreciated the little foodie extras she provided. Fully recommend this property.
An open plan kitchen and lounge area features a wood-burning stove, providing warmth and comfort. A large island with seating is complemented by natural light from windows, highlighting the wooden cabinetry and inviting workspace. Cozy seating with neutral tones enhances the welcoming atmosphere.

ENTIRE 5 BEDROOM HOUSE AVAILABLE

Maria LourdesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The property was very homey. We felt welcomed. The amenities were just right, although the beds/mattresses seemed a bit old and needs changing. It was too squeaky during the night, it was a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen had too much amenities than what we needed, but it was a welcome view. The free food left for us to consume was more than enough, we were very grateful. Would have loved to stay longer.

Rob’s place is in a quiet, developing part of Cardiff. It is easy walking distance to the heart of Cardiff’s central, pedestrian-friendly core which leads to Cardiff Castle and Bute Park beyond. Our stay at Sam's apartment was perfect. We had come to Cardiff with friends for a show and the apartment was perfectly located. There is also a great outdoor bar directly behind which served amazing Greek food and had a bar. You could also paint a pot! Sam was very responsive and the apartment was beautifully presented and clean. We will definitely be back

Apartment *FREE parking* near Cardiff Castle

PaolaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had to find an accommodation in Cardiff in a rush as ours was cancelled at the last minute and Caroline prepared the flat straightaway so that we could have an accommodation despite the short notice. She has been very kind to us and brought a mattress for the cot of our toddler and a basket filled with delicacies for breakfast. The flat is located just next to Bute Park where we spent hours playing with our son. The city center is also very close. That was very convenient. The flat itself is cosy, convenient and did not smell of moisture as it was mentioned in one of the former comments. We enjoyed our stay there!

This is a really beautiful house, inside and out. Lisa was communicative and helpful, and her dog was lovely too! We felt most welcome. The bed was very comfortable. A little slice of heaven – we felt so lucky to experience it. Sian and Stephen are the most delightful and hospitable hosts – kind, thoughtful, and simply lovely people to be around. Their place was spotless, beautifully presented, and full of charm, with the most incredible views that made it feel like a peaceful retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay – it was calm, comfortable, and only a mile and a half from the delightful town of Crickhowell. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special and serene place to stay in this stunning part of Wales. Thank you again for such a memorable visit!

What an amazing Airbnb!!! Claire is an exceptional host, so kind and thoughtful!! Her breakfast was delicious with the eggs from her own chickens. I wanted to try some Laverbread and she went ahead and found some fresh and local to have for breakfast!! So tasty with toast!! She has goats you can visit too, and plenty of activity recommendations that are nearby! Really great location if you want to hike or explore the many castles in southern Wales. The Carreg Cennen castle is amazing with even a cave dungeon underneath! The room had everything, lots of snacks to enjoy, including a mini fridge that is stocked with drinks too!! No hotel can compare!! Highly recommend!

What can I say? From the moment I arrived, Naomi was warm and welcoming and made me feel completely at home. She was full of great recommendations for coffee shops and nearby restaurants (there are a number of great ones) and knowledgable about fun day trips and local must-sees. Along with her husband Dave and son Michael, Naomi made my stay a lovely and stress-free one and I would wholeheartedly recommend their home for a stay in Cardiff. Thank you so much, Naomi. You couldn't possibly have been a more gracious host. :)
