Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Rhön-Grabfeld

We stayed there for a few days in early October. It was very peaceful and quiet as we hoped. Beautiful views and a cottage with a great ambience.

Everything was perfect for us, a very well-kept, lovingly furnished house with a fantastic garden. The house and the garden invite you to linger. You can take many great hikes in the area. Annette always responds very quickly and kindly. Thank you for having us as your guests.

We had a lovely, albeit very wet Pentecost weekend in Rachel's house. We were two families (6 people, 2 children (3 years old)). We particularly liked how child-friendly and well-equipped the house was. There are plenty of toys and the trampoline in the garden was a hit. The surroundings are beautifully idyllic. However, we were a little surprised by the high tick volume, but that's nobody's fault. However, you should prepare for a vacation in the area (vaccination, spray) and check daily, especially with the kids. The house was very cozy and could be heated wonderfully with the fireplace in the unfortunately very bad weather. The footpath to the house, which is slightly elevated, was a bit impractical. If you arrive with a little more luggage and shopping, you have to walk the way several times, but it worked. Overall, we were satisfied and felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Alison's cute half-timbered house. Unfortunately, we were only on site for one night. If we find ourselves in Alison's region again, we would love to stay in the blue house again.

The accommodation is an absolute dream. There were 9 of us and we all liked it very much, no complaints, there is a lot of space, you can sleep very comfortably, the bathrooms are new and modern, there are TVs in every bedroom. The winter garden invites you to cozy evenings and the garden downstairs with terrace is also very nice. All in all, the accommodation is worth every penny!Thank you very much.

A beautiful place to relax & explore. Upon arrival, we were greeted on the terrace by a curious, trusting fire salamander. The cottage is very cozy with a lot of love for detail and you immediately feel comfortable - everything you need is there. A big thank you to Katharina for the warm hospitality. We will be happy to come back!

We were satisfied with everything, recovered well and the fenced property for our dog was very nice. The only thing missing in the description was that the stairs were very inconvenient for dogs...but not bad, we slept downstairs. The cottage is very modern, for us already much too good😅 maybe you could get new cutlery and the chairs are too low for the table, or the table too high for the chairs. But this is not a criticism, it is just information or a recommendation. Best regards and thank you for the beautiful days in Thuringia.

The Grundmühle von Oliver is very idyllically located and for us it was ideally located for a meeting from northern and southern Germany. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the weather to use the great terrace and garden. The communication with Oliver was very friendly. In the evenings we sat in a separate room downstairs in the restaurant, where Oliver cooked for us one evening. That was very pleasant as the kitchens of the apartments are two floors higher and we did not all have space there due to our group size (15 people). We made two excursions, one to the border museum and one to the nearby moor. All in all, it was a very nice weekend. :)

The accommodation was furnished with a lot of love. Anke was always available. She was very keen to meet our expectations. She did it. The place is very quiet but still central. We had a very relaxing getaway. The pub, within walking distance, was able to convince with home-style cuisine and great service. Overall, would gladly stay again.

I couldn’t recommend more Svenjas plece! It was amazing, the place itself very spacious. It has everything you need for. She hosted as we were at home. We visited with our little one and our dog and we fledged like at home! Definitely would come back again!! Thanks!!

Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. We were guests at Thorben and Christina's time as guests of Thorben and Christina and it was once again very relaxed and beautiful in Machtlos. The place is cozy and nothing is missing. Our dogs also arrived quickly and we were able to enjoy the vacation very much. We'd love to come back! :-)

The apartment is very nicely decorated. The bathroom is wonderful with a bathtub and separate shower. The large dining table can also accommodate a few people. The living room area has a TV and a fold-out couch. The double bed was comfortable, so we were able to sleep very well for the two nights. There is the possibility to wash your laundry, but we did not make use of it. The shutters close extremely quietly electrically, so it stays dark.

Great stay! Most of all, we enjoyed the great location right by the river with the many water birds. You could even see cranes. And the sauna was great - especially because it rained every now and then. You can see that from the cozy warm sauna window! The furnishings are also perfect! Unfortunately, we didn't have matches for the existing candle. A clear recommendation from us !

We had a really great time in the house – it had everything you need, super clean and totally lovingly furnished. The location is a dream: absolutely quiet, in the middle of ponds and forest – ideal for relaxing. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was also super uncomplicated and likeable. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

I had been looking for a quiet, rural place to stay in Franconia and with animals to get away from it all for a few days and didn't get disappointed. Kim and Armin are very open and friendly and have tips/solutions ready for any questions.

Arrived and felt at home. The apartment is furnished and furnished with love and mind. I slept, we were a stone. The immediate surroundings are wonderful for running and unwinding, the excursion destinations reachable in about 30 minutes by car. The Rhön is beautiful. We liked the apartment very much and felt very comfortable. My husband also accepted the offer from the bike rental and was satisfied. The location is excellent for starting hiking or cycling directly.
