The chalet, newly built in 2022 from wood with approx. 100 sqm of living space on 2 levels (first floor & attic), founded on the sandstone foundation of a former farmhouse with adjoining barn, 3 parking spaces and an approx. 70 sqm wrap-around terrace, is second to none. An unobstructed view of nature at the upper edge of the village of Gersfeld OT Sandberg on a south slope at about 600 m above sea level invites you to linger. Whether spring, summer, fall or winter, it can accommodate up to 8 discerning guests.

"Retreat with hot tub, sauna and pool table"

Our cozy holiday apartment is ideal for couples or small families and can accommodate up to 10 sleeping guests. ( 6 of them in a 2nd apartment on the upper floor from the 5th sleeping guest ) For social evenings with friends, colleagues or family, there is a pool table, a music system and a cozy bar. The 39 degree hot hot tub is usable all year and inclusive. The use of the barrel sauna can be booked . Unfortunately, the hot tub in the bedroom is currently not working.

Hello dear guests, the apartment is on the ground floor in the beautiful Rhönblick district of Bettenhausen. You have your own privacy and fully equipped apartments with towels and sanitary needs. Beautiful cozy house with sauna and garden and ideally located to explore the area. We felt super comfortable, the check-in with the key box was very practical and easy and the communication with Diana very friendly and uncomplicated. We would book the Sweden house again immediately!

Kathrin is a great hostess. The apartment was as described. The instructions that Kathrin gave me were very helpful. Small tip, the garage is too small for large vehicles ( my personal opinion) but there is plenty of parking nearby so no problem at all. Thank you Kathrin for the great time.
