Quiet nature house in the Brandenburg Lake District

Our newly renovated guest house is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Lake District near Rheinsberg. The nearest lakes are 5-10 minutes away by bike. The house has been renovated in 2023 using natural fabrics. There is underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, modern bathroom & kitchen and space for four people. On the upper floor there is one double bed and mattresses and on the ground floor there is a sofa bed. The panoramic window overlooks wide fields and the large garden. There is a sauna in the garden, chickens, and peace and quiet.

Spülmaschine, Nespressomaschine, die Terrasse, die zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer mit elektrischen Jalousien lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Schwarzer See darf nur mit Elektrobooten befahren werden und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich im 5 km entfernten Mirow. 2 SUPs für je 15€/Tag können gebucht werden.

We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed. Another option is available on the sofa bed in the living area. Whether for anglers, water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or peace seekers. An unobstructed view from the approx. 20 m2 terrace invites you to relax. Neustrelitz is about 6 km away. Boat available if needed.

The lovingly furnished annex extends over 2 floors and is a self-contained part of an old, ecologically renovated house with its own terrace and garden. Kleinzerlang is a peninsula in the immediate vicinity of the lake and surrounded by meadows, forests, hiking trails and a canal, at the northern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Rheinsberg is 11 km away and there are also numerous other beautiful places to discover. Unfortunately, not suitable for children due to the railing.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
