Cozy nest, quiet, in the center.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Ideal for 1 or 2 people wishing to spend a short stay in Nantes or close to the airport. The sofa offers you a 190×140 cm bed with a mattress topper for even more comfort. Residential neighborhood, shops 10 min walk (large supermarket, bakery, tobacco…) Tram line 3, Trocardière 10 min walk, direct to Nantes city center. Nantes Airport 30 minutes by public transport or max 10 minutes by car.

Our newly renovated studio is located in the small district of Port au Blé in Rezé. It has completely independent access from our house. Equipped with a kitchenette and a private bathroom, this accommodation can accommodate 2 people for a short stay near Nantes. You can get to the city center of Nantes by tram in 10 minutes door to door, and the airport in 15 minutes by bus.
