Villa Buchenhain is a great accommodation and perfect starting point for excursions of every kind. The size of our apartment was very spacious and the wellness area was the icing on the cake. We felt very comfortable around Lydia was the perfect hostess, always friendly, polite and very easy to reach. We will definitely come back...

Our stay in an apartment in Obsteig, booked through AirBnb, was extremely pleasant. The apartment was very cozy and clean, which significantly increased our comfort during the stay. The surroundings offer peace and quiet, making this place ideal for anyone wishing to escape the noise of the city. One of the biggest advantages of the apartment is the beautiful views from the windows and from the large balcony. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for cooking, which made our daily lives much easier. We had some difficulty finding the building as there were no numbers or names on the buildings, which could be problematic for future guests. Despite these minor inconveniences, this place is definitely recommended for a short stay near Innsbruck and the Zugspitze. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, beautiful views and a comfortable place to relax.

Daniel was an excellent host. Very efficient and responded quickly to any enquiries. The rooms are finished to a high quality level and the kitchen is well furnished. The rooms were spotless and well filled with natural light despite being located in the cellar. The location is in a beautiful area and very peaceful and quiet.

This is truly a gem! A beautiful spacious house with no (direct) neighbors for our party of six people and one dog. Everything was available and everything was thought of. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant, both before, during and after the stay. The view is awesome: unobstructed view towards the mountains. And at night a starry sky in clear weather. A slopes are close by, although we did not use it. We drove 30/45 minutes to ski locations higher up because of the little snow this year. There were 2 swings and a slide at the house. Our children gratefully made use of this. In the hotel next door you can also eat delicious food (tip). For this kind of fantastic places, I'm on Airbnb.

Very nice and above all huge place to stay. Tina is a super nice and friendly host. We felt directly welcome and in good hands. The kitchen is well equipped, there are two bathrooms (whereby the temperature of one of the two showers is difficult to regulate), two separate toilets, a cozy living room and 4 bedrooms. We were there for skiing at Hochötz, which was completely straightforward: the ski bus stops right outside the door and in the entrance area there are ways to dry everything. I can only recommend it!

Fantastic place. We had a 6 people and it worked out perfectly. Very nice host and very accommodating. If you are visiting Neuschwanstein Castle or the surrounding area, I would highly recommend.

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!
