Very cozy Apartment in Tyrolean Lech Valley

Our farmhouse is located only 2 minutes away from the village center of Bach. The farm is over 300 years old and has been in the family for several generations. Therefore it was important for us to keep the charm and character of the house. The barn was transformed into unique living space. We offer two 75m2 apartments and one with 250m2. Coziness, tradition and quality are our priorities. The farm is surrounded by meadows and you can hear the water from the Alperschonbach in the background.

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

Eure Unterkunft hat eine große geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und befindet sich in einem charmanten Bauernhaus im 1. Stock. Canyoning, rafting, hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, skiing and a lot more... Easy and close access to ski area HochOetz/Kühtai, but also Hochzeiger, Sölden and Gurgl are interesting ski area's to explore.
