The apartment is very clean, the linen is fragrant, there is everything you need for a stay. The location is a ten-minute drive to the center and is convenient. Great private parking. We are very satisfied.

Gorgeous unit with tons of amenities. There's a good restaurant and an amazing bakery right across the street. No road noise inside despite it's location along a main road. We loved this unit!

The place is good and has everything you need. It's perfect for the mid season, but the clairaudient walls could be too noisy during peak season. Parking is good. The sauna and pool were closed due to revision, which we knew. The location on the second floor is a little displayed against pedestrians. The value is good. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! Located in a very nice and quiet location – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the superbly equipped kitchen, where nothing was missing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. A highlight was the sauna, which you can use once during a three-day stay – a great way to relax after a hike. The welcome was very warm, and we got a lot of helpful information about the surrounding area, hiking trails and climbing opportunities. A slightly later check-out and an earlier check-in would be nice to make the stay a little more relaxed. Overall, however, a completely successful stay – we will be happy to come back☺️

The apartment is very nice, everything is clean and the furniture is extremely appealing. The location is excellent. However, the address was a little confusing, so we didn't find the cottage immediately in the evening after a long drive as it was a different address. Still, it was a great stay, thank you so much! :)

Great communication. Apartment has everything and much more to make the stay comfortable. Very clean and comfortable There is street noise. Didn’t bother us but might a light sleeper. Highly recommend

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

It was a really nice experience. We enjoyed it and the kids loved their rooms and the special gift from Petra :) thank you.

It is fantastic, especially the roof terrace with the panoramic mountain view is absolutely amazing! The location is right in nature with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed time with 4 families with infants (1.5-4 years)! There was plenty of room for everyone and you feel right at home. For children, everything from baby beds, high chairs to toys is available, also a playground is right around the corner! Communication with the hosts is super fast and straightforward, they are always available, super friendly and happy to help out. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it! Beautiful accommodation, with parking and everything else you need. We were also allowed to arrive a little earlier and leave a little later; communication was great. A little more toilet paper for 7 guests would have been the icing on the cake:)

We had a wonderful stay as a family with a toddler, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and the views spectacular! Angelika was so helpful and we found the public transport really easy to navigate. Would love to return again!

Stay was modern, tastefully decorated and clean. Private entrance which is pleasant with parking at the door. Supermarket, bakery and nice restaurant/guest court around the corner which makes it pleasant.

The apartment is very nice, modern, clean and you feel very comfortable right away. Martin welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything. Were in Innsbruck for the weekend. Easy check in, clean apartment. It is about 20 minutes to the city by tram. The apartment was perfect for our stay

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

Very nice vacation home, great view from large roof terrace, modern amenities, everything available especially in the kitchen. Walking distance to the free train to Innsbruck (Innsbruck card). Nearby grocery store. Very quiet location and from the location ideal for further excursions.
