The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

The Arches - a beautifully renovated apartment

'The Arches' is a beautiful, traditional Garfagnana home. The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. Recently restored, the house has many original features, including wooden beams, terracotta tiles and its two distinctive arches. Quality features complement this history in the form of two modern bathrooms, central heating and a contemporary kitchen.

Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Orizzonti Apartments is a building located on one of the quietest streets in the town of Manarola. Walkable from the station or parking in about 10 minutes. You will be welcomed by large interior spaces and a 45 sqm garden overlooking the sea and the entire town of Manarola. The wonderful view will allow you to see in the distance also the villages of Corniglia, Monterosso and Punta Mesco. The building was built by Giorgio Riccobaldi, a poet and writer from Manarola.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Our Casina, a beautiful farmhouse made of recently renovated stone and wood, is located in the middle of the chestnut trees, in an alpine part of the country of Retignano. It has two bedrooms with bathroom, a kitchen for common use and equipped garden. It is in the immediate vicinity of our farm and a hiking network that you can access to reach the peaks of the Apuana Alps and some villages of Alta Versilia.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FIENILE is part of this place.
