Highly recommend staying at Simos's place! Very well-maintained, short walk away from many shops and restaurants, and the view of the water from the balcony is spectacular. Very much enjoyed our time there!

There will not be enough superlatives to describe this place. The location overlooking the Venetian Harbor was amazing. The house is historic, beautiful and has all the amenities you will want. You literally won't believe the large rooftop deck with crazy views. The house had lots of interesting things to read, lots of space for a large group and it was stocked with maps and guidebooks. The neighborhood is completely safe. The in-person welcome from the hosts contained some really thoughtful surprises (you will need to find out yourself - I won't ruin the surprise welcome.). Traumhafte Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit privatem Zugang und wunderschönem Außenbereich. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt! Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und selbst gebackenen Kuchen 🥰 Artemis hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben! Das Apartment wurde sogar nochmal geputzt und wir haben neue Handtücher bekommen nach 2 Tagen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Located right in the heart of old town Chania, can easily people watch and take in the sights and sounds of old town without having to leave your place. Perfect sunset views. Note: best place to reliably park for free overnight is “Chania town car park”, about a 10 min walk. May be easier in the off season; and harder in the peak. Overall the location can’t be beat.

One-of-a-kind, beautiful stay. If you’re lucky enough to find Stelios and Nina’s home available, book it. The most unique Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Wonderful hosts. Prime location. Gorgeous home with an amazing balcony. 10/10.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und der Ausblick mindestens genauso so schön wie auf den Bildern ! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und haben uns sehr gefreut, das man auch in der Wohnung kochen konnte. Es war sehr schön ruhig und daher perfekt zum runterkommen :). Supermärkte und Restaurants, sowie der Strand waren fußläufig erreichbar. Jurga war super freundlich und war sehr gut erreichbar .

Such a phenomenal place! We stayed here as a group of five and it was so reasonably priced. AMAZING views, you are literally right against the water. Gorgeous, clean space. Easy 15 minute walk into Old Town. Host was amazing, she helped us call a taxi when we needed and gave us lots of recommendations. Stay here!!!

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus acht Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt, auf der gut verschatteten Terrasse eine erholsame Zeit bis tief in die Nacht hinein verbracht. Ioanna hat uns mit verschiedenen Köstlichkeiten überrascht, liebevoll und immer erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder, um diese schöne Aussicht zu genießen.

Nikos place is located near the Venetian harbour and old town with its beautiful buildings, excellent restaurants and plentiful shops and also within a short walk of a nice beach. The bedrooms are large, all ensuite, and furnished in keeping with the period of the house. The flat is furnished with everything you need, and more. It is located in a quiet street but a new hotel is being built nearby so there is some construction work noise that starts at 7am but not a problem unless you sleep in.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche war alles was man zum kochen benötigt, es gab sogar Kinderspielsachen und Equipment für den Strand. Alles war total sauber und der Kontakt zu Efi war sehr freundlich. Den Garten haben wir sehr gerne genutzt und auch den Grill dort. Vielen Dank, für die schöne Zeit, die wir dort verbringen konnten.

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

My stay was so beautiful! I was travelling alone but at no point felt uneasy or unsafe. I felt very much at home. The place is immaculate and exactly how it looks in the photos. The views are breathtaking and it is a complete peaceful haven! Giorgos also arranged car rental for me, he made it super easy and the company he booked through were great ! I could not recommend this place enough, from the property down to the communication with Giorgos, everything was perfect!

This was a perfect home base to explore Chania! Walkable to some of the BEST restaurants (a block away from To Stachi, and yes, you NEED to go!), oceanfront, beaches, and just far enough away from the bustle of tourists and restaurants to the west. Evangelia gave the warmest welcome, even at the most inconvenient hour. Was always quick to respond and kind. We enjoyed swinging in the room every night as we prepped for bed, and Evangelia also had nice amenities for us throughout the space which made it so much more welcoming. The soundproof windows and door were the BEST! Total game changer and so energy efficient. The space is small, but it is all you need when you are spending every minute exploring, and would highly recommend coming here for anyone!

Gorąco polecamy pobyt u Stefanosa, który jest bardzo sympatycznym i serdecznym gospodarzem 🙂 Apartament jest bardzo wygodny, nowocześnie urządzony i wyposażony we wszystko, co może być potrzebne w trakcie urlopu. Do dyspozycji gości, których nie jes zbyt wielu, bo w obiekcie jedynie około 10 mieszkań, jest czysty basen i zadbana przestrzeń wokół niego. Przy basenie są leżaki, parasole oraz stoły, przy których można zjeść posiłek w większym gronie. Nasze mieszkanie składało się z sypialni oraz kuchni z salonem i łazienki (oczywiście z klimatyzacją). Sypialnia i salon posiadają osobne balkony oraz telewizory. Dużym atutem obiektu jest to, że jest położony na uboczu i jeśli ktoś potrzebuje spokoju, to naprawdę może odpocząć. To świetna baza wypadowa, żeby zwiedzać okolicę i doskonałe rozwiązanie dla osób, które mają do dyspozycji auto. Do plaży trzeba kawałek podejść, co w sytuacji upału może być niedogodnością, ale i tak warto zatrzymać.

Loved our stay here! The location is great. There is a view of the water and it’s very close walking distance to old town. Parking was really very close. It was usually pretty full, but we always found a spot.

Valias place was amazing ! We dealt with her mum Katerina who was super friendly and always on the phone if I needed anything. Perfect location with stunning views of the Venetian port . Everywhere easy to get to. The beach about a 30 min walk and a beautiful one at that. Highly recommend and are looking forward to booking again nxt year 😀

We had a great time at Fotis and Amalia’s place. Definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed! The location was perfect as we like to stay just outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough so we can dip in and out with ease. There’s plenty of bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets around. The views are just outstanding and we ended up getting food a few times to eat at home as we enjoyed to look at the sea from the house. It was also easy to cook, there’s plenty of utensils if you wish to prep a meal in. The bed was really comfortable, as I’m 7 months pregnant asked if we could have a couple of extra pillows and this was ready for our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of groceries we had available at the house too! Fresh fruit (we loved making our own fresh orange juice in the morning!), bread, butter and many other snacks! Fotis was also great at recommending places to visit like beaches, restaurants and museums. We 100% recommend this place!

Nice, modern flat at the beach. Is equipped with everything you may nee d. Very nice owner and the communication with Etouri was pleasant.

Loved the huge deck. Across street from beautiful beach where you could rent chairs and an umbrella and order food and drink. Walk to dozens of all kinds of different restaurants right on the “the strip” and in the old town.

Wir hatten einen schönen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Christina. Lage: Das kleine Penthouse liegt ein paar Meter von der Promenade entfernt, dort sind schon Cafés, Bars und Restaurants zu finden. Das touristische Zentrum von Chania, also der alte Hafen und die Altstadt, sind rund 10 Minuten Fussweg entlang der Promenade entfernt. Eine schöne Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind buchstäblich um die Ecke gelegen. In der Straße selbst ist es ruhig und wir hatten keine Probleme, immer wieder einen parkplatz für unseren MIetwagen zu finden. Aufgrund der innerstädtischen Lage muss man mit einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse im Hintergrund rechnen - ist bei uns daheim auch nicht anders. Ausstattung: Die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck von den Räumlichkeiten wieder, nur das Bett wirkt auf dem Foto kleiner, als es tatsächlich ist. Die Dachterresse ist natürlich der Knüller, mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Ansonsten haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt haben.

The apartment was great and comfortable. know you have to walk up stairs to get to it. Was private and cute. Walking distance to lots of shops and food. Best part was the patio and view. Loved this place.

Amazing stay, just what I was looking for. The place was as expected and right near the beach. The place was clean and the little extras like the sun bed and other beach stuff was appreciated. Parking out from useful too. Kurt was really nice, great communication and very welcoming. Would recommend the stay.
