Kandy residence Kalithea Rethymno (free parking)

The apartment was renovated in 2022 by the owners Manolis and Vicky with great taste and is located in the city of Rethymno, in the area of Kallithea. The name of the area means "good view" or "beautiful view," referring to the view that the apartment offers. It is just a 10-minute walk from the beach of Rethymno specifically 850 meters away. The distance from the old town of Rethymno is approximately 2 kilometers, where you can see the well-preserved city, shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Everything you may need (banks, children's playgrounds, general hospital etc) is within a radius of 1.500 m. Ideal for families with children. Car not necessary, unless you would like to use the apartment as a base to explore Crete.

In Rethymnon in the heart of the Old Town, there is «STEFANI HOME». A 1935 building, gently renovated by our family, preserving the style of the old times, with all the modern amenities and all the benefits to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your vacation. It has 2 bedrooms for 6 people to sleep in comfortably. The 1st bedroom has a big double bed, while the 2nd bedroom is a 1930’s traditional 2 floor bedroom, with 2 independent double beds.
