This stay exceeded our expectation because it was such an easy walk to the beach. At the beach, there were chaise lounges and umbrellas for us to use. The beach was a lovely sand. Our kids snorkeled and played in the waves. It was a short drive to town, but there is a taverna right next door that we went to twice and loved the food. Eleni and Giorgo were lovely hosts. They let us borrow their boogie board. There were plenty of towels and we could dry our items on the two porches. They were accommodating at every turn. We highly recommend staying here. We would highly recommend a stay at Lameriana. The hotel is made up of renovated buildings in a beautiful remote setting in the Cretan hills near the town of Rethymno. There are lots of stunning views from the hotel, in particular the view from our balcony (with the hot-tub) was really lovely. The location allows for the perfect mix of peace and quiet but with easy access to lots of bars, restaurants and shopping within a 30 minute drive. Our room was tastefully decorated and contained everything that was required. The rooms been renovated in such a way that the original character of the buildings remain. Having access to our own private pool was real treat. This meant that we never made use of the large communal infinity pool. We didn’t have breakfast during our stay but we can confirmed that the food served in the restaurant for dinner was good. What really made our stay special we’re the staff; everyone was really friendly and no request was too big. We hope to return soon.

Theodosia und ihr Eltern, waren großartige Gastgeber! Zur Begrüßung gab es sofort einen Willkommensdrink. Es gab sogar selbst gemachtes Mezé und frische Weintrauben ab und zu. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und Theodosia hatte tolle Tips bzgl Strand und essen. Über die kann man zudem auch den Kontakt zu einer Autovermietung herstellen. Der Ausblick aus dem Appartement ist wunderschön! Man sieht zudem einen tollen Sonnenuntergang. Der Pool hatte die perfekte Größe und war sehr sauber! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Abschied gab es eine herzliche Umarmung ! Vielen Dank für alles !

We had a wonderful stay - apartment is fantastic - incredibly spacious with a beautiful view of the harbour from the main bedroom and balcony. We decided to pay more than we’d normally pay per night but it was worth it and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Thank you, Di and Terry

I think this is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed. The location was amazing and beautiful, and the room was perfect. Roula was so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this incredible space for your stay in Chania.

Nicht nur Philia als Gastgeberin, sondern auch alle anderen Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich & zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Madonna Monestaries is beautiful and centrally located in the historic aria of Chania. Host is amazing and the price is completely worth it. The place is clean and stylish. It appears the interior design was carefully picked out with wooded furnishing to make it cozy in such a rustic historic area. Steps away from late-night life was key for us. Rent a car and travel throughout the island. The area around the rental you don’t need a car to see. It’s a walkable historic area.

I absolutely loved my stay. Proimos Maisonnettes is a real gem. It has a lot of character and charm but what makes this place really special are the people: Constantinos, Vaso and Costas. They made me feel as if I was staying with friends or family and since I was there on my own, I really appreciated it. Make sure you eat at Costa’s because it’s like home made food you won’t get anywhere else in Platanias. Even something as simple as Greek Salad is amazing! The best one I have ever had and I had many! I loved my maisonnette. It was cosy, charming, clean and had everything I needed. Shops and restaurants are walking distance. I highly recommend Kyano and Match More, both close by. I cannot recommend this place more.

There are few hotels we would love to return to and Kymani is one of them!! We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Warm and beautiful staff. Easy to order breakfasts that were delicious. Sexy aesthetics. Comfy bed. Walkable to everything. An amazing place for a relaxing romantic getaway.

Perfect accommodation in an extremely central location in the old town of Chania. Everything is within 10 minutes walking distance. Great spacious private balcony with views over the city. Super clean and comfortable, felt luxurious. Loved our stay, wish we had longer.

What a wonderful little gem of a place in the middle of old town Chania, surrounded by restaurants and shops and a short walking distance to the harbor. The place was beautifully decorated and clean and Giorgos was an exceptional communicator and very helpful with directions. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Chania! Thank you

The accommodation was set beautifully at the top of a gorge, with a back drop of olive trees, and providing fantastic views of the setting sun .The accommodation was clean and tidy as described, and the infinity pool was brilliant. Stelios was a true gentleman, being very responsive to any questions we may have. Thank so much for an amazing holiday.
