Villa vacation rentals in Reservoir La Viñuela

Home after a week in this beautiful villa with my family. Initially we had an issue finding the villa but this was due to not following the instructions they gave so make sure to follow their instructions and you’ll find it with ease. The villa was gorgeous so peaceful and private. We had no issues whatsoever with the villa it was clean, tidy and has all the essentials you need, we enjoyed a bbq one evening! Fabulous heated pool for hours of fun with the children and generally a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine and chill. The caretaker met us there on arrival and has been absolutely fantastic all week with any queries or questions we had (please give him a big thank you from us!) Definitely recommend having your own car as you are out of the way of everything but this adds to the privacy and relaxation. We all had such a lovely week just what we all needed. We had a wonderful stay with Lola and Nachos who also have a whole delegation of people in the area who made sure we had everything we needed and were responsive to all our questions. The house is splendid, sober and uncluttered decor, several rooms that offer plenty of privacy if you are a large group. The kitchen is super well equipped: it's quite rare and a major asset in my opinion. Several fruit trees on the grounds, we did not run out of citrus fruits during our stay ❤️🙏 There are also lots of board games at your disposal which is perfect for evenings for families or groups of friends. The view is breathtaking. The house is close to two super charming restaurants where we ate a few times. The times are not always accurate on Google however, but maybe this is because we were there in the low season.

A fantastic casa with a stunning view! From the main road, it is only a few minutes' drive to the top of the hill. You have unmistakably arrived at the most beautiful place in the vast surroundings. The house is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, a great kitchen with all the comforts, a very spacious bathroom and bedroom. The garden is flowery around the house, with nice terraces and everywhere the sensational view. The swimming pool and surroundings are also very comfortable. The communication with Mariette went smoothly, the comprehensive manual contained everything you want to know and need. In short: you feel like you are on top of the world!

Absolutely beautiful villa- it has everything you need and an amazing pool/ view. We really enjoyed our stay here- as mentioned on some other reviews the villa is on a hill so this may be an issue for some guests. However, for us the location was great, shops very nearby and a short walk from the centre/ restaurants and beach. Nicola was quick to communicate and was really helpful during our stay too!

Lovely cottage, perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Well worth a trip to nerja! And 100% recommend a car for the time you stay. Susana was great at looking after us and checking us in etc. we will definitely return!! The only thing I would suggest an improvement on is a seating table outside could be bigger so all guests can sit together as currently only two small tables. But other than that the place is lovely!! Thank you and see you soon

Amazing place in the middle of the mountains. Great views, nice locations. Restaurants and Supermarket within walking distance. The house was great and clean. We felt very welcome as communication with the host was fast and easy. we will definitely come back!

Grethe is one of the best hosts I ever stayed with. She did everything to make us feel at home, comfy and safe. The Appartment is incredibly cosy and the view from the privat balcony is breathtaking. You can relax straight away. I would always come back to Grethe and will recommend her to every friend traveling to Andalusia. Oh, and the breakfast Grethe is providing is so yummie and all homemade and healthy!

It is equipped with a lot of sense of aesthetics and comfort – there is really nothing missing here. All the amenities are high-quality, well thought-out and left nothing to be desired. Particularly noteworthy is the exceptional cleanliness – everything was well-maintained and spotless. The garden is regularly cared for by a gardener, the pool is cleaned by a pool boy – a noticeable luxury that works unobtrusively in the background. A warm thank you also to Roseann, the hostess: attentive, reliable and with a fine sense of the well-being of her guests. We especially recommend this house for couples, those seeking peace and families looking for a place to recharge and simply enjoy. We will be back.

This was our 2nd visit as we loved the villa the first time. Andrew & Karolina are so helpful and always available. Everything was spotless and we felt right at home. Helena who does check in is not only flexible, we asked her to do a little shop for us as we were arriving late. You couldn’t ask for a nicer villa and more fantastic hosts. We will definitely go again.

We’ve recently returned from a wonderful stay at the villa with our family. The view was absolutely stunning and created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday. We were especially grateful that two high chairs and cots were set up and ready for our grandsons - such a thoughtful touch that made things a lot easier for us. The villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Pepe was incredibly helpful and very friendly throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. A lovely stay all round!

We had a lovely 9 night stay at this villa. Surroundings are beautiful, the gardens and pool are are impressive. Kids lived in the pool and the ping pong table was a welcome surprise and got lots of use. We had many BBQs in the outdoor kitchen, and the terraces get sun all day long so perfect to relax anytime of day in sun or shade.

I wanted to thank Stefan and his staff for their professionalism and friendliness. Knowing that our arrival was scheduled for the morning, they anticipated the check-in by 3 hours making our entry into the house more comfortable. The villa we booked is in a very nice and modern residential area that, thanks to the surveillance, makes everything safer. The villa is beautiful, modern and welcoming with stunning views of the bay. It is really equipped with everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. From the modern and impeccable furnishings to the choice of details, every little detail is perfectly in tune with the style of the house. I recommend everyone to stay in this magnificent villa to experience the wow effect of when you enter and see for the first time outside the magnificent view that extends before your eyes! This may be the nicest airbnb we have ever experienced! Gisela's place was absolutely gorgeous - a truly well-made home with every possible amenity, an unbeatable view, and still an easy drive from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We honestly could have just stayed by the pool and on the terraces all week and been happy! Our group of 4 teens and 3 adults had ample room for cooking, playing games indoors and out, watching movies, and hanging out all together and separately. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time, stunning property, fabulous pool. The kitchen has everything you need, plenty of outside space. Secluded garden with a view of the sea in the distance, shops and towns anywhere from 10 -20 minutes away by car. We came to relax and unwind and it was the perfect place for family time. The host Dirk is excellent, helpful, immediate response to any question. The house has everything you need and more. We didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful in every way. Great patio and outdoor space. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen well-equipped. We made great use of the swimming pool and game room. Excellent customer service from the hosts. Immediate and helpful when there was a minor issue. Overall a great place. Would be happy to stay there again.

What a beautiful place this is! Fresh oranges from the trees and just enjoying the mountain view. Pool area was nice with sunbeds and it was kept clean. The apartment had all the necessary supplies as well as extra towels and blankets. Even the fireplace become handy as we experienced the massive electricity blackout during our stay. The hosts handled this situation as well as possible and kept us up to date. 100% recommended.

We had a super nice stay, the house was as described, everything was clean and nice. The pool was of course the absolute highlight with the great view! We felt completely comfortable, the check-in also went smoothly. For questions you could always ask. Thanks for the wonderful time !

The Villa was so lovely! Photos don’t do it justice. We spent a week with 6 of us staying and we had so much room. The pool was so nice and the view was fabulous. The area was so serene and the beautiful town of Mijas Pueblo was only an 8 minute drive. There were so many shops and restaurants in town and we highly recommend Venta los Condes (ask for a table on the upstairs terrace for a great view!). Eva and her team were so warm & welcoming and Eva was so easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa!!

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean. Had everything you could ask for. Great location - short walk to beach, shops etc. very child friendly, we took a 2 and 7 year old. Host great with communication and anything we needed. Overall a 5 star stay, would definitely return!

Beautifully located house. Very nice view. Nice pool. The house was very neat and had everything we needed. 5 minutes drive to Cómpeta and 25 min drive to the beach. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in Comares, at this house with breathtaking views. We lived there as a family, and we were able to discover Andalusia! Be careful, the distances are still quite long, but the scenery is worth it 🤗 We were welcomed with great kindness. The house is located in a very peaceful location, within walking distance of the quaint little village of Comares. We were there in February, so we had to warm up over a wood fire but still enjoyed great weather. In short, it's been a great stay!

This was by far the most beautiful place I’ve stayed at in Spain. Nestled in the Andalusian mountains, the house is truly something special. You can really tell that a lot of thought has gone into every detail from the interior to the ambient lighting. The town of Arenas is just two kilometers away, and one day we even walked there to explore surroundings. As one might expect in the mountains, the roads leading up are winding and steep, but we had a good car and had no trouble with the drive. The scenery alone makes the journey worthwhile. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of Andalusia in a truly exceptional villa.
