Wonderful stay! Sisal is a small, quiet, and peaceful little town. Casa Almea is beautiful, my kids had the best time. Elena was a wonderful host. She sent many recommendations for food and activities. We booked a massage at casa almea and it was so relaxing. Definitely recommend booking if you are looking for a weekend to disconnect.

32 night stay here: This beach house is perched on a secluded beach, in the most beautiful of settings. You can kayak, go crab fishing, sunset flamingo/mangrove tours, visit local cenotes - there is a lot of nature to explore in this remote setting. But the real star of the show is the incredible team that run this house. They are the kindest of people who really want to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. Mama Claudia cooks wonderfully authentic food, everything she makes is with love. Jose makes the best frozen daiquiri’s I’ve ever had. Jose Dos, Totis and Gabi are the loveliest of people ensuring that the house is all in perfect order and doing anything they can to ensure your comfort. The oportunity costs; the road to get to this house is no joke - it takes 25 minutes to get to the house from Sisal (3kms away!). It’s incredibly bumpy!! The mosquitos are quite bad - enough to force you inside between sunset and around 9pm. This house is perfect if you enjoy privacy and seclusion!
