Our little corner has a beautiful night view of the city and a wonderful view of Serra da Mantiqueira and the Paraíba do Sul River. We have Internet access via wi fi and Netflix for your entertainment. Building with an elevator, private garage, swimming pool(temporarily under maintenance) and security cameras. Live this experience. Escape high hotel prices. You and your friends can still prepare Snacks and Meals in our equipped kitchen. There is a barbecue grill and shower. Please note, the price is for 1 guest, you will add others if there are any, so it is a good price for everyone.

With an amazing view of Penedinho Pico, Serra where the story of Penedo began. - We provide all bedding (sheet, bedspread, blanket, quilt and 1 pillow per guest); - We provide bath and face towels for the entire stay.
