Sensational location. The hosts are very friendly. We felt at home. The house is very good, with a great pool. They were days with a lot of peace. We will be grateful to the hosts.

First the spot and so much more than the pictures show. We love the stay, we feel at home. Peace and tranquility was the highlight. Td very clean and organized. We will definitely vote and indicate for sure. We were very welcomed by Bruna, very ayentious and requests.

Communication was always quick, easy and private. The host provided a lot of information about the region. Very nice and quiet place. The house and condominium are great. I recommend it and intend to return.

Sensational. It met our expectations. Casa Linda, hot, comfortable. The rooms are close by, but are very isolated from the mess of the common area. A fully integrated house in every way. Marcelo is very helpful, responded to messages quickly.

We really liked the house, there were 13 of us. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, glasses, a great stove and refrigerator and some essential utensils like sandwich maker, pots and pressure cooker (we cooked at home). The fans and air-conditioning (in 2 bedrooms) supplied us. The pool is a delight! We really liked the fact that it was a little far from the center of Penedo because we went to rest and there we only heard the sound of birds. By car to the center of Penedo is fast, about 10 min for those who are not used to the route. Célia and Arlindo were very kind to us regarding our questions and were always online on their cell phones when we needed them. She lives next to the house. We loved it and would definitely come back.

Beautiful place and wonderful house! Amazing trip with family and my dogs. Nature is beautiful, very peaceful, the house is very comfortable and nice to cook and enjoy with the family. Totally pet friendly, great for letting the dog enjoy herself (not recommended for dogs that need physical boundaries such as fences. There are walls to separate from the street and cars). And the condominium's waterfall is the jewel in the crown! We renewed our souls and will be back for sure. Juliana is very friendly and attentive. Thank you!

We went to Carnival, we had water shortages, but nothing the host had anything to do because it wasn't a problem with the house. We managed to solve it in the best way possible. An enviable location, clean place, well aired. I did not have a problem I rolled up a lot with the room switch, but I think it should be a control problem, I don't know. I managed to use the small canopy to make some food for my baby, the utensils are quite enough. Great shower, super icy air-conditioning. We love it, we intend to return at another opportunity

We had a great stay, the house met our needs. We only had one issue with check-out, as the host said she would be flexible and on the eve of the trip she told us that we would have to leave at the time of check-out from the app because other guests had booked, and our return tickets were already purchased for the time that was previously agreed. Perfect for those looking to isolate themselves a little for a few days of peace. Beautiful surroundings, mesmerizing views, the house is very beautiful and with great taste decoration. The only points of attention are: the road can be a little challenging especially if it is raining, and it could also have more diversity in kitchen items (dishes, glasses, etc.). But overall, it's an amazing experience that was well worth the trip and cost, I would certainly come back and recommend it.

extremely solicitous and polite hostess. The house smelled very neat, well-organized, amount of bathrooms perfectly served everyone. when we arrived, a delicious carrot cake awaited us. Very delicate of the host's part to welcome guests this way. There is a couple of maritacas who sleep on the balcony which has become an attraction for everyone. E n worry, as they don't make any noise. Great location close to nature and quiet mto.

house is good, barbecue is great, spacious backyard. Pool for 10 adults is small, for child is otima. if the cleaning is dirty, it is up to those who rented the house. the bedroom ceiling fan needs to be repaired, and the pe is very noisy fan, like that of the bedroom ceiling that has 1 double bed and one single bed. the bathroom shower the water suite only comes out hot, and very hot. no cold water. The washbasin faucet needs repair, difficult to open and close., it is leaking water. suggestion due to the heat waves, we have seen the need of air conditioners in the bedrooms, only the fans are not enough for these hot days. house cleaning is good, I only suggest asking who does it, take the arrow webs out of the corner of the walls and the steps of the stairs . casa has great stove, 2 refrigerators, spacious kitchen, all appliances working perfectly. The Side Gate has no key to open . The overall house is very good.

Home is exactly what's on the listing. Well-equipped and working perfectly. Everything was very clean, João was super attentive and did everything to make our stay perfect. We were able to communicate quickly and accurately. The chill of the mountain is all good. The only thing I have to score (it's not a complaint, it's just an important point for the next tenants). The street where the house is located is a very steep climb and very narrow, it only passes one car at a time. A popular car goes up, but it forces the engine a lot because it has to go up first gear all the time. We'll be back for sure.

The place is very nice and cozy. A perfect spot for rest and leisure. Easy and quick travel to the center of Visconde de Mauá and to visit the districts of Maringá/RJ and Maringá/MG. The host, Rodrigo, was very kind and showed a lot of attention and care. He provided useful and important information, with details about access to the house and about tours, restaurants and nearby tourist cities. With more vacation time, we could make better use of the gourmet area. It was only 3 days of great tranquility and peace. We were very pleased.

It was amazing! No words. Mr. Luciano Husband of Dona Natercia super Solicito, kind and special people. I had an accident in the area and they were readily available to help me with my dogs and let me stay in the house + 1 day because I was hospitalized. Just thank you for everything!!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this little paradise. Beautiful view, extremely comfortable and very well-equipped accommodation. The northern entrance to Itatiaia Park is relatively close and there are walks next to the house (waterfalls etc.) The wifi works great for remote workers. Thanks to Adriana but also to Jaci, Janilson and Silvana for their availability, we hope to be back soon!

We were delighted with the house, a large space, with many activities, new linens and towels of excellent quality, a huge living room with several spaces where everyone was very welcome even on a rainy day, natural flowers in every corner made the environment super cozy, a wonderful pool, complete kitchen equipment including beautiful placemats and dishes, and Fernanda was super attentive from the beginning and gave several tips on restaurants and activities in the city. It has exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return.

We had a great experience staying at Fagner's! Me and my family felt very well received. The house is comfortable, clean and exactly as described in the listing. Fagner is a very nice host, always attentive and willing to help with whatever was needed. I recommend it for those looking for a quiet and pleasant stay.

Second time we stayed there. All very clean. For those who want a place in the countryside, it was worth a lot.

Although I know the region very well, I could not stay because the day before a huge barrier fell on the access road to the place. Thanks to Márcia's proactivity, even without internet, she managed to warn me before I hit the road. We'll have other opportunities, for sure!

The magical place, with an impeccable nature, a wonderful place to rest and recharge. A Ge, a helper appointed by Fernanda along with João, are a few dear ones, a simplicity and sincerity to fill the heart. We love our days !
