Beautiful house, everything new, top quality finishes, spacious, well-equipped and well-located. Larissa gave great tips for nearby restaurants! We had some unforeseen events with the shower and Wi-Fi, but Larissa promptly resolved them. Another point that we did not comment on with her, but is worth paying attention to, is the smell coming from the drains and sink, it is worth paying special attention, because it ends up being annoying. The rest was great!

When I searched for this place at a delicate time in my life, Daniel's stay and understanding were excellent, and he promptly met my expectations, making the checkout more flexible, which made it possible to celebrate my wife and son's birthday. Anyway, we will definitely return soon, we love the proximity to everything, we heard restaurants, nice places to walk and enjoy nature, we did trails with the help of a quad bike which was great to end the Sunday, not to mention the historic center of Penedo that has a lot to offer for those who want to walk, rest and style. My scores are to leave the perfect stay, we really like the days we spend on the property, we intend to return and it will be more than excellent if the points below are considered. We missed microwaves because we had two babies, we resolved by heating in a water bath. We indicate more fans to Ricardo, as one of the available fans is very weak and if one part of the group is in one room and another in the dining area with the rooms occupied, someone is in the heat. It happened to us because the children took a nap and at this time the rooms were busy and we could not use the home office and other place without passing heat and dealing with the mosquitoes.

We were delighted with the house, a large space, with many activities, new linens and towels of excellent quality, a huge living room with several spaces where everyone was very welcome even on a rainy day, natural flowers in every corner made the environment super cozy, a wonderful pool, complete kitchen equipment including beautiful placemats and dishes, and Fernanda was super attentive from the beginning and gave several tips on restaurants and activities in the city. It has exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return.

Don't think, just go. Debora's mother (Dona Nadir) is very sweet and helpful, we were very well received. I'll go again, you can be sure. There is a beautiful waterfall nearby, you can walk there easily. You have to be careful on the dirt road at night, I went and it was very easy, I arrived there at 11:00 pm and I was very well received. Great place to rest, the sound of the waterfall makes it seem like it's always raining and you get stuck in bed, it's so nice. Dona Nadir makes a wonderful cheese bread, the best I've ever eaten, it should be part of the package lol. There are no words to describe how great my weekend was at this place. I loved it.

Beautiful view from the bedroom balcony in the morning! We brought 2 pets who loved the backyard!! The cottage is super nice, but the difference was the hospitality we received. The host did everything and more to give us privacy and a perfect weekend. Flexible with both check-in and check-out. We have nothing but praise. We'll be back for sure!

The house, besides being beautiful, is very cozy. It has everything we need, the pots are great, all the appliances work perfectly. Great shower, very hot and strong. The house and linens are quite clean and very fragrant. There's hot water in the sink, a wonderful fireplace. I advise you to bring food for the stay, but there is a grocery store nearby. Not to mention the kindness of Mr. Jáciel, who was very friendly and welcomed us with a treat. Good TV, it has Netflix. Excellent internet, no problem at all. It was a great experience. Just go!!! Our little dog was also very well received. The landscape is breathtaking, the most beautiful I've ever seen.
