The Manacá da Serra chalet is also located in the same area. Despite this, each unit has its own clearly defined entrance and area, ensuring privacy during the stay.

The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
